This hotel felt like a motel in a bad neighborhood.
Pros:

The location, the day time staff person.

Cons:

My room was not clean. I have pictures, the microwave didn't work.
When I asked about it they didn't offer a replacement,
I had to ask for them to clean the bathroom as it was not fully cleaned when I got there.
The furniture was outdated and needs to be changed.

Rooms were outdated and broken down. This place housed low income families. Bathtub was dirty, window drapes broken, window would not close, mattress was like a marshmallow soft and worn.

The facility was run down and smelled so badly of cigarette smoke as well as pot.

Disgusting
Cons:

The whole area was stinks and smells, bed sheets with stains, carpets were dirty, no food in the breakfast counter except coffee, my daughter got bed bug bites after the 1st night.

We paid for 3 nights but had to check out and pay at another hotel due to safety, health and hygiene reasons.

I demand a reimbursement of the paid but unused nights/stay
