Pros:

Check in personal not very friendly,
Then, when checked out next morning, I asked question about bed size, and that person also not friendly like I was a bother to them !!
I have stayed at your hotel alot and this was not the service we usually received !!!

And I was suppose to have 2 queen beds ,but the beds did not seem queen size that is what I was asking at check out that seemed to irritate the worker she said was queen but I'm not feeling they were !

Choose wisely!
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The morning front desk staff was very nice, and very helpful.

Cons:

This property was filthy! The base around the bed was yellowed and stained, there were two forks in one of the dresser drawers that had been used and left behind, there was hair hanging from the handle in the shower (I used toilet paper to grab it and it came off easily), there were stains on the wall and the room hadn’t been vacuumed.

On top of all of that, their system “shut down” when I was paying, and they wouldn’t give me keys until I swiped my card again. It came out of my account twice, and were told, “it does that a lot.” We were also told that it wasn’t a charge, but just a hold. It was returned to our account, but it took overnight and all day for it to return. The front desk night staff member was rude, and seemed annoyed when I showed her that it came out twice. The morning staff member was much better.

The breakfast food was meh at best. The eggs were lukewarm and rubbery, the bacon was too thin and very salty. Their waffles were the best part.

I would NOT recommend staying there
Pros:

the lady at the front desk was very nice

Cons:

the smell in that room was unimageable, the room was okay, dark and very muggy when we walked in of course it was way outdated not with the decor, but the bathroom was falling apart and the mold along the sides or the tub was not pleasing, we ended our stay just shortly after we got into the room, we thought the smell would subside with turning on the AC, but it actually made it worst as the air just pushed the smell around the whole room, it actually gave me a headache.

Pros:

The hotel staff was exceptional, room was spacious, loved almost everything about it.

Cons:

Air conditioner wasn't working properly, the pool was over chlorinated, and not enough waffle mix at breakfast time. But honestly we had a wonderful stat!

Cons:

The door to the room would not close. Had to use a lot of force to close it before we could ever leave the room and coming back to the room. We had left the room and didn't know this and left our room with the door open cause it didn't close.
