Quality Inn I-70 Near Kansas Speedway

Pool and hot tub was out of order. Alot of kids running around being noisy.

Arrived at room and a cockroach ran accross the floor, then lookednon the bed and found bed bugs. Left immediately and did not stay. Buildingbin bad shape walking in and pool under construction. Nightmare for how much they charge!

Save your money and go to Motel 6! This is a DUMP!

It was dirty not clean at all pool was closed and was not told before we arrived customer service was horrible tried to complain All we got told was there was nothing they could do

Paid for a jacuzzi room the lady didnt say anything to me gave me my key got to the room and its not the room i paid for went back down to talk to her and she said someone already get that room so i just gave you a regular room i paid 400 for 2 nights wasnt even in there 10 mins and they would not give me my money back

Walking into our room felt like walking into an indoor pool due to humidity/water saturation in the air. The air conditioner was working, but the air was so humid that every surface in the room had a sheen to it and felt wet. My wife and I had to be very careful even walking around to not slip. Even the notepad and paper in the room were curled due to the humidity. Although the staff was nice and common areas near and clean, the room conditions led to a very uncomfortable night.

Room was moist and dirty. Too tired to care, but super yucky.

Unexpectedly dirty! Smells of urine and mold. Mold growing in bathroom. We didn’t even want to use the shower. Floors were so dirty adults wore shoes and socks- now stained black! Kids were confined to beds because it was too dirty and gross to let them walk or play in the floors.


We checked in around 9/9:30 after 9 hours on the road with two little kids, too late and too tired to look for different accommodation. We checked out first thing next morning.

It will do in a pinch. But if there are other options I would suggest you take them

Pool and hot tub were closed even though their page said it would be open by the time we stayed. refused to give any refund and we were unable to cancel the second night and go somewhere else. Mold on the shower curtain. None of the bathrooms have exhaust fans.

Room was not the cleanest, pool is under construction, flooring coming up in the elevator.
Asked the staff to change the channel at breakfast because I am not a fan of Joel Olsteen and his mega "church". The staff member was put off, but changed the channel. She then proceeded to blast religion from her phone loud enough it drowned out the TV.

The room smelled like old smokers the floor was buckled. The pool was down for repair, I mean who scheduled pool repair in the middle of the summer. The breakfast buffet was marginal but the juice machine was broken.

The pool construction made the hotel look dirty. The elevator was sketchy and our first room smelled terrible. We ask for another room and that room didn't smell as bad but the sheets, pillows, and lamps were visibly dirty. The bathroom floor was greasy. I can't even believe this hotel is even open!

Our room had the odor of a wet dog. Floors were damp both days. Room keys didnt work and when we asked them to fix it, we were questioned like we were lying about it. Made us feel unwelcome. Pool was closed by the health department, drink dispenser was broken. Just an overall not great experience.

It was not a clean room. No towels or wash cloths. My feet literally got filthy exciting the shower . There was stains on the comforter and the Air conditioning was awful . We woke up multiple times covered in sweat. Do not recommended. We will not return or refer this hotel.

It was ok but I got a non smoking room and it smelled like I was smoking in the room when I turned the air on
