Days Inn by Wyndham Central City

Had lock door issues every time I left the room and then tryna get back into room had to change the key card every time for entry bcoz it stops working changed it for several times

The staff

The clerk actually made me wait and allowed a group of around 6-8 ppl go ahead of me when I had been standing there waiting before they came in. It took at least 20 min due to them booking 2 separate rooms. I thought that was rude, especially when I had already reserved and paid for my room online

People using drugs in the parking lot. Drinks in the lobby. Smell was not fresh, no AC in the hallways or lobby. Had my 8 yr old grandson. Went to another hotel foe safety and cleanliness reasons.

The room smelled like dogs had been staying in it.

Upon checking in with me daughter and granddaughter we were put into a room with no air conditioning I am a disabled veteran and had my 3 year old granddaughter with me I called down and they told me I had to wait for a manager to come in so that she can switch my room room was switched but the room smelled strongly of cat urine after driving over 14 hours with a toddler we dealt with the smell and were just grateful to have a bed to sleep in after realizing there were no elevators my daughter had to carry all of our luggage upstairs once we got settled we went to pickup the remote and it was very very sticky upon further investigating not only was the remote sticky but so were the tables so my daughter wiped everything the best she could with baby wipes and a washcloth since that's all we had...after one night of staying there my daughter woke up to get a drink and their were ants crawling all over the window sill as well as on my granddaughters pillow... breakfast wasn't to good as well first morning my daughter and granddaughter went down for breakfast and all they had were biscuits and enough to make a half of a waffle my daughter asked if there was gravy or eggs for the biscuits and the breakfast attendant said there wasn't but that there was sausage she could make after waiting 10 minutes the attendant brought out burnt sausage and put it in the crockpot the coffee was also empty at 7:30 in the morning when my daughter and granddaughter went down I was highly dissatisfied with this hotel and will not be coming back to it again

Beds was small an not very comfy at all.

the tub could have been cleaned better. when we used hot water in the tub the jets shot out black goop.

Tub had a hole in it. I woke up and had ticks in the bed on me. Saved them in a cup and gave to the staff requested room be cleaned and was notified that they do not have housekeeping for all rooms every day but would get it cleaned

The lighting in the room was not very good. Only two light switches no reading lamp by bed.

Staff was rude when I explained there was no parking left as a few trucks had hauled in trailers and took up several spots. They told me " hope you don't get towed " rooms and facilities were mediocre at best. The hotel looks a bit rundown overall. It did seem pretty clean, but I was second guessing most everything. It was hard to tell if they clean things like the remote, AC unit controls, lamps, and switches.
