Pros:

I traveled with nu service dog. The receptionist asked why I had a service which is against the law. I chose not to argue with her because I was tired and just wanted to go to bed. But maybe someone in management should speak to her so you don’t get sued . I chose to stay elsewhere on my return trip

I was fortunate get a room at a great price.

I have never had a worse experience. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They would not allow parents to sit in the lobby and actually suggested we go outside by the fire pit (while it was raining). They threatened to kick us out if we were too loud in the lobby. They claimed the lobby is a dome and noise travels. Mind you, this was at 8:15 pm. We were not loud. Our boys were using the conference room so we naturally gathered in the lobby. 18 12 year old boys will make some noise, but as soon as the meeting started, they were quiet. Again, well before posted. quiet hours. When talking to the staff to clear things up, I was kicked out of the hotel. I have never experienced such a situation. I will be contacting cooperate and sharing our experience. I do not, under any circumstance, recommend taking a group of people to this hotel. Unless they change staff and get a new GM. Absolutely ridiculous.
