Ein super freundlich geführtes Hotel im Herzen von Westerland. Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Unserer Zimmer waren super! Ich würde wieder hier buchen.

Ich liebe die Insel Sylt sind jedes Jahr dort.

Das Frühstück und das Servicepersonal war sehr gut
Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Leider funktioniert der Fernseher nicht wir hatten das gleich gemeldet leider hatten sie für uns kein Ersatzgerät dafür sollten wir eine Entschädigung von Booking noch erhalten
Das zweite Problem war das in der Duschkabine das Wasser nicht richtig ablief aber das war schon bekannt von den Vorgänger die das Zimmer gebucht hatten

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Parkplatz direkt vor Eingang, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Nur wenige Schritte von Fussgängerzone und Strand entfernt

Zentral gelegen und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Auf den ersten Blick sieht es gut aus und dann kommen die Staub Mäuse.
Auch die Trennwand der Dusche hätten an den unteren 30 cm eine Reinigung vertragen.
Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche neu beziehen bei neuen Gästen ist nicht alles.
Man hätte das grob ausgespachtelte Loch an der Wand von der Türklinke schöner reparieren können. Farbe wäre auch hübsch.

Ein Hotel, das wir sicher nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, die Lage des Hotels war gut, nah an der Friedrichstraße und nah zum Strand.
Das Bett war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit, vor allem im Bad, lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend....Aufbackbrötchen, Brot und Gebäck Industrieware.
Beim Obstsalat wurde frisches Obst mit Konservenobst gemischt.
Wir haben noch nie in einem Hotel ein schlechteres Frühstück gehabt

Frühstück, Lage

Cons:

Tiefgarage nicht benutzbar, Putzdienst früh und laut unterwegs, Dusche in 307 mit geringem Wasserdruck (zu viel Wasser gespart),
laute Gäste, die das Fenster bei Brise und Wind nicht arretieren oder schließen, sondern gegen den Rahmen schlagen lassen.
