I liked everything about it, the breakfast, location cleanliness.
I missed breakfast a couple times
The breakfast was great, my husband fell in the tub bc it was so slippery, we called the front desk and they just said to call the ambulance, they did not seem to care at all that he fell. He is still sore but nothing was broken thank goodness. We had reservations to stay in Oct.of 2026.but we canceled them bc of the way the staff acted when I told him he slipped in the tub..we stayed there before and had a great experience this time not so much..so we are staying at another hotel which is a little more expensive but worth it. For good customer service.
The tub was slippery and my husband fell, the staff did not care at all they just said to call an ambulance , I said can I fill out an accident report she said no..
Clean, quiet, full kitchen, people very nice.
I was driving so for me it is several miles off of I-10, however it is next to the airport. It is advertised as near the airport. It is also WELL worth the drive off I-10 to stay here. Found my Lafayette motel.

The service
I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was in a great location and the price was very reasonable. Everything was clean, and I especially loved how fresh and clean the hotel smelled. The free breakfast was a great bonus and had everything I needed to start my day. I also felt very safe during my stay, which made the experience even better. The outside sitting area was a nice touch and a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
The overall taste of the food could have been better. I also would have liked to see more fruit options. Additionally, the lights were not on in the breakfast area, which made it feel a little dark. The pillows in the room did not meet my expectations.
