Extended Stay America Suites New Orleans Metairie

No telephone service, doesn’t provide toilet paper, towels, no trash pickup, kitchenette with no utensils or pots, very limited front desk. Unsafe with obsoletely no customer service.

Lack of coffee creamer. They had flavored...yuck! Dirty rooms. I dropped water when I first walked in, when I dried it up, the towel was grey! Dead roaches in the room. Front desk staff except the Hispanic girl in the morning we're all extremely rude. It rained one right and water poured into our room from the air unit. (We were on a higher floor) Buyer beware. It's cheap for a reason.

IIt was disturbing to find two dying cockroches on the floor of the room

It was good. We had to move rooms do to a smoker not following the posted non smoki g signs. We had to move. I have sever asthama & allergy. It shut me down in minuites of being in the room. The front desk handled it quickly . They moved us to a much cleaner room without the cigarette smoke. Good service.

Very nice Hotel, I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. Room was very spacious liked the fact it had a kitchenette, stove top, sink, microwave and Refrigerator. Room was clean, had a nice clean smell.
Front Desk Staff very friendly very helpful. Brandi very knowledgeable of area Restaraunts.

The most rundown and disgusting hotel I ever stayed at.

My first night was not quite what I expected. The pots and pans and dishes were not available in the room. The room I had smelled like smoke. I didn't get enough towels in my room. The next night, Brandon offered me another room which did not smell like smoke and he offered to pay for my laundry which was a nice gesture
. He was a awesome front desk attendant.

It was nice, not much to say, I only stayed one night.

The stay was good the only thing was the latch on the door was broken thats need to be repaired I was goin to ask for another room but I always travel a lot and book many hotel so when things like this happens I always come prepare for my safety an bring my (extended latch) to make sure the door is secure and their no ice machine even though its says extended stay and they have ice trays they should still have a ice machine in the facility

1st couple days no hot water and trying to get service was like pulling teeth however after the1st wk it got to be an amazing stay
