Great Value
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the check in process was so smooth. The room was clean, comfortable. The location is convenient, and over all experience was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Reception on night of 4/13 (morning of 4/14) should be commended. She was informative and friendly, even though I check in after midnight.

Cons:

Room was fine, but some attention to drainage fixtures in bathroom sink and having a functioning elevator (im quibbling a bit) Good value overall.

I was disappointed with the old room and no room service when we had dogs and paid a hefty pet fee.
Pros:

Location and good grassy areas outside to walk dogs.

Cons:

Rooms were very dated, kitchen needs major updates. No room service.

ROACHES
Pros:

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches.
Do not stay here. The rooms are dirty. I arrived with no shower curtain, half a roll of toilet paper, the room smelled musty.

I woke up at 1am and found the kitchen full of roaches. Hotel offered another room but if roaches are in one room, they are in the hotel. They’re huge roaches. Manager Would not refund money either. Terrible service and disgusting hotel.

Location and price were good

Cons:

It was dirty. The bathtub had hair and stuff from previous tennants and clearly wasn’t cleaned and there was mold above the shower
