Sketchy clientele. Needs rehab, broken kitchenette counter edges, dirty freezer, window wouldn't shut all the way. Heat controls didn't work - room too hot

Wonderful customer service, clean rooms, food coffee. Very helpful cleaning staff. Sadhana brightens my days she is very kind. Nawaraj is a happy face willing to always help out.
I just want to say how pleased I am with the amazing hospitality here! The towels are always super bright, fresh, and smell great, and the cleanliness is top-notch. You can really feel the quality service the moment you walk in. The housekeeping crew does an incredible job every day — and I do my part too, keeping up by exchanging my linens daily to help maintain that same great standard. Everything always feels brand new and perfectly sanitized, which makes the stay so comfortable.I truly appreciate the respect and effort from the whole team — it’s only fair to return that same energy! You all consistently make guests feel welcome and cared for. I’ll see you all tomorrow for the same five-star service I always look forward to. Best crew of employees around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Uncomfortable bed, Hotel had odor in hallways and room. Bathroom not cleaned very well. Very thin walls, noisy neighbors vacuuming at 5 in the morning

This place was dirty there were dogs and smelled.
The window to the room was open to air out. There were individuals who appeared homeless living out of cars . There were people in folding chairs sitting in front smoking .
The attitude of the front office staff changed when we asked to cancel . She was no longer pleasant
She said she had two other people who wanted our room so make up our minds in 15 minutes .. when we decided to leave she did not seem as kind and helpful . She told us to call booking.com and we did and she went in another direction with her attitude. And began to tell us she could not cancel it because she claimed her manager told her not to
Great general.manger bejin is really getting the place together he is very helpful and insightful. I see great things happening for ESA with him at the helm
Everyone was so great . The staff is wonderful. There always someone on duty to assist you as . The rooms are very clean and there enough room to move around. The price is perfect. The location is in the perfect area next to everything.

Somewhat dated furnishings and style. The entire place could use a remodel/reno.
Nice is the kitchenette but if planning to cook must bring all your own utensils, drink and cookware.
The mirror behind the television has me baffled.

My two-cents opinion/advice to make for better experience and ratings:
full length mirror (The mirror on the wall behind the TV in my room had had me completely baffled).

The water here is hit or miss very inconsistent . The staff are very friendly but as a traveler long term, it’s annoying to come here to a cold shower. Tough to wash dishes have to get lucky with the water.

Only 1 elevator. Guests smokes in front of the facility. Run out of complimentary breakfast. Noisy fets and lingering animal odor.
There wasn't much to like. It felt like a cheap hotel. There's not a lot of value to the hotel. Just a fine place.
There's actually no breakfast. The quality of the stay was not up to my standards. They do not have good customer support. The TV did not work during my stay. The quality of the bed was low. It felt like a pull out coach kind of situation. Just overall I will never stay in an extended stay ever again.
Poor experience, kitchen had absolutely nothing in it, no utensils, plates, cups, bathroom had nothing as well. Really poor
