Cleanliness goes a long way. The carpets should be vacuumed regularly, and air fresheners should be used daily in the hallways and lobby. The laundry room also needs to be kept clean. Items in the vending machines are too expensive, and several things in the kitchenette were broken or not cleaned properly. Additionally, the shower was not functioning correctly because water came from both the showerhead and the faucet at the same time. I also experienced flooding during my stay, so the bathroom pipes should be inspected regularly to help prevent future flooding.

The staff just seemed to be struggling baisc services (payment system was down,and took a while to resolve), checking out was rather rushed and abrupt - staff kept calling and knocking and opening the door.

Had to haul my room trash myself, problems with charging extra fees, no clean linens were replaced

The place stinks. Unkept and nasty .

The peacefulness

The entire experience was garbage. They overbooked the hotel and decided to not call or email telling me as such. I arrived to check in and was told very curtly, sorry no room. He never said anything about refunding me. I had to basically force a refund on something being cancelled that had nothing to do with me

We arrived for a lacrosse tournament. There were various odd smells throughout the property. When we arrived, we were told there would be a $10 cleaning fee for housekeeping. Additionally, they took a $70 security deposit. The hotel was unclean, and nothing was updated. The bed sheets looked slept in- we did not stay and left to book another hotel room.

The hotel is very outdated and has a very bad odor especially the room we reserved. The photos posted on booking sights are very misleading. The kitchenette was very outdated and falling apart. They also don't have pots and pans in the rooms you have to get them from the front seat for a few of $15 to use them. Also the front desk staff lady I went to ask for pots and pans came out with a used pot and a used black plastic spoon. She even told me it's not worth it and that she wouldn't pay $15 herself if it was her. We checked in and checked out within less than an hour. The male staff I dealt with upon canceling our reservation said the hotel the owner lives in India and that he seems not to care about the condition of the hotel just the money he receives from cancelation fees from customers who canceled their reservations the same day they checked in which is the price for the first night. Sounds like a scam to me. This place should not be 3 stars and definitely should be investigated for fraud. It's sad because the location of this hotel is in such a nice area surrounded by big beautiful homes and shopping centers yet the hotel is like walking into a $29 dollars a night motel 6. Very disappointed and misleading and should be removed from booking.com

Extended stays can be considered an acquired taste. It's where many families get sent when they're homeless AND for folks on business trips. I love it, but could see how some might not like such an atmosphere.

Nothing, it was horrible experience. All over in the room smoking/weed was smelling

I had an issue with a loud refrigerator that sounded like a lawnmower and an issue with ants. I was moved to another room. No more free breakfast or coffee.
