Peaceful and Quiet
Pros:

The location, the staff always, the room style and the comfortable mattresses.

Cons:

I really like the hotel, but this is the second time that hair was in the bed, sink, and on the floors. I always change the sheets with my own and clean up. The cleaning staff has to do better. This makes me believe that the sheets aren't changed. Sonesta, you have to do better.

Pros:

It had the things I needed. The refrigerator had enough space for food. The shower also worked very well.

Cons:

The room furnishings could be in better condition. The towel rod in my room was weak. The door next to the trash can under the sink fell off the hinges easily.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Another return and one stay December through January. As expected, it was great to get that welcome home vibe from the manager Kris and the excellent staff like Tasha, Kiherria and Henry. Travelers should try this great location with the fresh clean rooms that’s good for both short and long term stays. Can’t beat a location near BWI outside regular flight paths

The good supply of towels

Cons:

The room was dirty. Pets stains in the rug. It was gross. The bathtub strainer had removed and you could see the rusted gross drain. The cabinets were falling aparts . Overall unsanitary, unkempt accommodation

Overall, it was great
Pros:

The quietness, the receptionist, by the way was excellent, and felt safe.

Cons:

There was plenty of long stringy hair on the couch, the floor, in the bathroom and on the bed. I did what I always do and cleaned up like I like.

Disrespectful front desk lady
Pros:

Respect is the bare minimum in hospitality and i couldn’t even get that from the front desk lady. The young lady that goes by kiera should not be working at this hotel and needs to be fired immediately. She is the reason ill never come back to ANY sonesta. She needs a reality check on what type of job she’s working.

This is a no-frills hotel, but it's close to major highways, so very convenient.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the location is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was no hairdryer and there was no vanity at the sink. This was a restricted mobility room but it was very oddly configured. Even though the hotel seems to have been refurbished, there were some aspects of it that were very puzzling. The coffee machine was very old fashioned and there was only one packet of coffee. There were none of the usual packets of creamer or sweeteners. There was no light switch for the lights above the bathroom sink. The desk lamp had no working bulb.

It was good
Pros:

the room and staff was good

Cons:

Room 141 is by the elevator so it wasn’t as quiet it was actually ignoring while you’re trying to sleep other than that and no breakfast I would stay again
