Price and location.
I've traveled extensively over the years and stayed in some truly terrible hostels, but they've always been clean. I can tolerate general wear and tear or minor maintenance issues. For example, in this room the base of the bed was dirty, there were red stains on the carpet, and there is a noticeable indentation in the middle of the floor that sinks when you stand on it. I stayed in this exact room in early July and could even overlook the fact that the electronic thermostat still doesn't work and that a lampshade is still missing.
What I can't tolerate is a room that can only be described as gross. There were hairs under the bed covers and scattered throughout the room. When I checked in, I unpacked and went straight to sleep. It wasn't until the following day that I realized just how much hair was everywhere. If you can view the photos, then sorry for the unpleasant photo of the tissue, but these are the hairs I collected from the base of the bathtub alone. I had to clean and sanitize the room.
I'm sure the standard response will be, "We'll let our cleaning team know about your concerns." That's all well and good, but after this experience I won't be returning to your hotel anytime soon.
The area is beautiful
They weren’t upfront about the policy’s over this app and a staff member was very nasty towards me and my fiancé

Having to pay additional for parking
The room is comfortable, and there was little noise which allowed for a good night sleep. The price was also very competitive.
It was a little dirty, and there were minor issues in the room, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.
The location was great near the highway, airport, and many different restaurants.
The property was not up to par with its cleanliness. The smell was horrible in the room and the stairwell. It smelled like mildew and old wet socks. The garage disposal was broken and it also had a deplorable smell.
Near the base
The staff - literally took me over an hour to check in because they had no idea what they were doing and sent me to a room that people were in and I ended up walking in on people.
Everything was clean and cozy
They did not provide us with wash clothes. Only towels.
The bed
Fridge and the stove were broken
The staff was excellent, the room was great and the bed was cool.
I didn't receive my damage deposit back
Nothing
No shuttle from or to BWI. I spent $20 each way.
Air conditioning would not cool. The night manager came in and looked at it and could not make it work. It was stuck on seventy six degrees F.
Room telephone was inoperable. I had to look up the number and use my cellphone.
The bed was comfortable.
It’s quiet rooms are clean
They couldn’t find my reservations and some rooms A/C wasn’t working
The ratings spot on, this place has many issues.
* My Fridge did not work.
* The electrical sockets on the kitchenette did not work.
* Three soap/gel/shampoo dispensers were broken.
* Every time I went down to the front desk, an employee was on the phone taking care of customer issues.
* One time I went down to get some ice since my fridge did not work, the front desk person was on the phone with her manager talking about another issue with a customer. She stood in front of me clueless talking about how the customer was an "ass." No idea that that it was not appropriate.
*** Here's the big one, they charged my credit card card $156.50 for no reason. I had my company pay for the room, but as usual they take a card for "smoking in the room." Well I don't smoke and the hotel does not sell much of anything. Now trying to get it credited back to my card, they hung up on me. Called back and the woman said no-one was there and would not be until next week.
Stay away from this hotel.
