I was entirely pleased with the stay.
Pros:

There was nothing to find fault with regarding this stay. I will definitely book there again in the future.

Cons:

I did not like the 15.5% tax on top of the booking cost but that had nothing to do with the facility. It was an unavoidable combination of government taxes.

Pros:

Close proximity to what we needed to do there

Cons:

Very costly for a very dirty outdated room and entire facility. I have pictures to prove. Beds very uncomfortable would never recommend or stay there again

Staff was friendly and accommodating; room was comfortable, internet service was abysmal.
Pros:

Breakfast was minimal, coffee, muffins and bars, but I rarely find Extended Stay Hotels offering breakfast

Cons:

The internet service was a major disappointment. Allegedly a time limited charge is applied to allow streaming but more often than not, even after paying the additional fee, I could not get a stable connection.

Passable only do to bed
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Cleanliness, TV and WiFi didn’t work despite multiple requests. Corridors were filthy. Refrigerator was dirty, Microwave was dirty and dented. Base sink cabinet door falling off. No updated electrical connections. Will not use Extend A State ever again. Deleted the ap.
