Fair but overpriced
Pros:

The rooms had potential with the kitchenette but was just outdated. The manager and the check in receptionist were nice!

Cons:

Upon arriving, the room I was first put in on the first floor was dirty with stains and the sofa bed was nasty. The toilet didn't even flush. I asked for an extra blanket and was told that they couldn't give out any extra linens without a manager present.

Cons:

Antiquated door key technology led to many instances of coming back to the hotel and the key not working.

Water was off for 2 consecutive days during my stay, leading me to leave before the end of my stay. Was told no refunds by hotel staff despite this, and had to contact booking.com for a refund, for which they requested documentation that I was not asked for over the phone but via email, leading me to leave the hotel before obtaining any documentation.
