Cons:

Antiquated door key technology led to many instances of coming back to the hotel and the key not working.

Water was off for 2 consecutive days during my stay, leading me to leave before the end of my stay. Was told no refunds by hotel staff despite this, and had to contact booking.com for a refund, for which they requested documentation that I was not asked for over the phone but via email, leading me to leave the hotel before obtaining any documentation.

Other than the initial room mix up, stained chair and odd odor of the room everything else was great

The price was reasonable and the property was clean

Cons:

When I checked in the first night the room that I reserved was already booked which could’ve been bad if the residents were there when the door opened. After the mix up the room that I got placed in smelled like pickles and wet dog and there were stains in the cloth chair in the corner
