No complaint, I would stay there again!
Pros:

Cleanliness is the biggest thing for me and the staff (front desk) very friendly. I wish I have more time to check the pool and exercise facilities...maybe next time. Thank you!

Unacceptable
Pros:

The pool was decent enough

Cons:

The cleanliness was poor crumbs and pieces of trash all over the bed stained up sheets and when we went to another room they transferred us to we got the sheets out for the sofa bed and crumbs feel out of the sheets everywhere was also very stained up. It seemed like a decent hotel just need better housekeeping we ended up leaving and going home.

Honestly, we booked it to relax, and it was not a very relaxing night. I was not satisfied.

The hotel was clean and people seemed friendly the bed was comfortable

Cons:

When we first got to the property, we waited almost 10 minutes to check in. Nobody was at the front desk once we got to the room the heater/air conditioner was not working right the air conditioner would not work half of the time and with it being a Jacuzzi room, it got very hot in there. We called the front desk. They end up coming down and messing with the air conditioner and could not get it to work so at almost midnight we had to move rooms. we got a quick sorry for the inconvenience and the woman working left and went back up front and left us overall for the price I paid. I was not happy at all with the experience with something like that happening at almost midnight. There should have been some sort of compensation or something offered, and there was not there was barely even a sorry.

Better than we anticipated!
Pros:

We were at the motel with several relatives & we all agreed the breakfast was outstanding, both the food & the wait staff. The front desk people were friendly and efficient as well as helpful answering questions. Having recently stayed at a different HIE, this is a cut above!

Cons:

We were in a 2nd floor room. The bed & the floor in this room squeaked as did the room in the 3rd floor above us, there was no night light in the bathroom and our room key had to be re-set 3 different times. These were inconveniences but the overall stay was very nice & we would stay there again.
