Pros:

Herrliche Anlage am Rand von Niebüll mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Die Allgemeinbereiche sind nicht alten- und behindertengerecht. Die Türen schwergängig, Wege eng, der Weg zum sehr schönen Frühstücksbereich geht mit Rollstuhl außen um das Gebäude durch die Terrassentür wieder hinein weil im Innenraum 3 Stufen sind. Hier sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Das ist m. E. einfach möglich.

Die Gartenanlage und das damit verbundene entspannte Ambiente.

Cons:

Die mangelnde Lüftungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer-verbunden mit fehlender Außenbeschattung, dass die Toilette keinen Abluftventilator besitzt, dass Zigarettenrauch aus der untersten Ebene (Terrasse) nach oben in die darüberliegenden Zimmer zieht.
