Pros:

How my room was right by the door

Cons:

Room was dirty when first came toilet seat had burn marks on it so I know someone smoked in the room before us and it was people having a birthday party on top of us

HORRIBLE. I DIDN'T CHECK IN!
Pros:

NOTHING!!

Cons:

I walked in .. made it part way to my room and returned to the desk and left. I never checked in. The hallways were filthy, occupants were "concerning" I didn't feel comfortable and to top everything off; although I did not check in, I was charged a cancellation fee!

Danger! Do not stay here.
Pros:

Nothing. Hotel full of prostitution and all kinds of criminal behavior. This is not a safe hotel.

So over all I would have to give this particular place a 2.75 out of 5 Stars
Pros:

The Front desk Manager Daniel and the night shift young lady Bri who checked me in were exceptional. The maintenance person Male cant call his name at this moment was efficient and professional.

2. The location of the room gave me access to the amenities' which because of work I have yet to use.
3. The support staff was very polite, professional, and Service oriented getting the minor request taken care with efficiency when brought to their attention.

Cons:

1. The room was surfaced cleaned at best.
2. The location while accessible to the amenities" I have yet to experience them at all
3. The WiFi was constantly unstable and did not provide the ability for me to work uninterrupted
4. When Internet issues were reported not once, but FOUR individual times to four different Individuals before getting to the general manager who stated "let me make a mental note". I digressed and said thank you very much
5. The Garbage can which is for the residents was nothing more than an individual can at a back door
6. The bathroom had to have a drain installed after me staying here for 3 days with Booking

Only to receive a response stating --
AN APPROVAL had been granted for me
go arrive ad check in at 8:00
pm!!!
That was not from me! I was not on the Property,
due to a Medical Hosp. URGENT Care with a Family
.ember!!
I spent tbe night at a different Hotel andIhave proof!
I am still requesring a refund for second nite!

It was a decent day for an emergency visit with a polite desk staff.
Pros:

I don't believe this property offered breakfast.Or at least it wasn't mentioned or offered to me.I stayed in Southfield, Michigan. The location was a good location with the property needs, updates and renovations badly. I was surprised to see that in that area. But what I did enjoy was the staff that I was checked in by. I spok.\nE to the young lady who checked me in before I arrived.She gave good instruction and made me aware of policies that I was not also as she checked me in she what's quite a polite and informative. And best of all , when I left some items at the hotel , she secured them for me and was able to identify me by name when I came to retrieve them before I even spoke up.

Cons:

I was just like to see renovations done and updates in the facility namely the lobby/desk and rooms with a little more detail to cleaning and maintaining the room and appliances.
