Good size room and decent price for the area
Pros:

The suite was big enough and it had the basics you need for a short or longer stay

Cons:

The lady at the desk was very unhelpful when we had issues with a late check out due to the snow and bad weather. The customer service was very poor and she was not friendly despite our great interaction at check in. Very disappointed

Facilities are good but it's very basic.
Pros:

The room size was good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

All surfaces had not been wiped down in the room and the mattress on the sofa bed needed to be replaced. The hallway on L3 smelled like smoke, so the smoke free policy wasn't enforced.
