Cons:

The entire stay. The room was not clean. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. There were stains at the base of the toilet. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty with hair in it. The hall way and elevator were dirty. The room.that was supposed to.house the pantry was empty. This was our 1st time at a Simply Sonesta property and I.am pretty sure we will.not stay at anymore. The entire building needs to be remodeled. If pets are going to he allowed please thoroughly clean the rooms.

Pretty nice place to stay.
Pros:

Cons:

The key stopped working all the time. My family lives close and we got in around two from visiting cousins. The key didn’t work and nobody was there. We had to call the hotel number to get someone that appeared to be sleeping in another room. If both of our cells would have been dead, we would have had to sleep in the hard chairs.

Excellent experience.
Pros:

Rooms are extremely good. Everything in room is appropriate and convenient. Gym is also very good.

Cons:

14 x 7 coffee table or at least morning coffee should be made available.
