Location and the staff

Cons:

The lack of cleanliness. Stains, walls dirty, etc. made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I’m HUGE of cleanliness and updated facilities. Carpet is 🤮 couch is 🤮 walls 🤮 even cobwebs behind the bed and on the corner of my sheets which were not secured onto the bed I might add. I also noticed there is not bedbug or mites cover on the mattress OR boxspring either. Sheets were clean they seems but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the cleanliness as a whole.

My hotel stay was good for what I needed it for — to rest my head and enjoy the food I bought.
Pros:

The location was good for what I needed. It was quiet for the most part. The lobby area smelled good.

Cons:

Aside, from the lobby area the rest of the hotel smelled kind of stale which I would say is due to old carpet.

Great location with great staff!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for our travels to and from where we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and did their best to make us feel welcome and answered questions. The bed was comfy. The room size was perfect for our 2 nite stay. The little gym was perfect for my needs. Location to exit for our dog was perfect on the 1st floor.

Cons:

The refrigerator in our room would not get cold or even cool. The AC unit was working but broken and blew the air only partial (see photo). The exterior trash can at side door was overflowing and stuffed with cigarettes. The bathroom needs a serious cleaning with bleach and some tile repair (see photo). The room sofa needs to be cleaned.

I was checked into a dirty room upon walking to desk to let them know hot new keys new room tub was

On the website they said there was breakfast there wasn’t any upon checking in the room the room was dirty had already been rented went to desk to get new keys and the next room tub was dirty hair in fridge definitely half cleaned and a coffee cup left in the chair like who does that

Cons:

Rooms half cleaned dingy towels asked for clean ones and they were telling me it would be at least 45 minutes never got them
