Paper thin pillows, found someones socks in my bed that werejt there the night previously.

I found a strange pair of socks in my bed. They werent there the night prior.

Please do not stay here if you value your safety. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are broken down vehicles, busted out windows on cars, homeless people, inebriated and hard drug users in and outside of the property. We had 5 guys casing vehicles as we unloaded all of our stuff out on the cart. People watched what numbered room we entered, it was inner city scary. I am a woman, and I felt like I was the next to be taken never to be seen again. Someone screamed and ran above our room one night, seemingly was tackled to the floor; then no noise was heard from it again. The staff were friendly, the room clean, everything else...run.

Staff was great

This hotel is a joke...sink broken, no shower curtain, bathroom door lock broken, dog poop everywhere outside, fire alarm kept going off, kitchen with no dishes, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, laundry room had water all over the floor, hotel under major renovation so everything tore up. Not a good experience at all.

Staff was rude, room was filthy and missing pillows .

Here’s my review my hotel room had one night stand one trash can in the bathroom

There is no breakfast, only bad coffee and it is usually empty by the time you get to it (they will not refill the pot once its gone).
The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling.
The shower hose had a huge break, spraying water everywhere and there was plastic bags tied around it to try to stop the spraying (it didn't help). I told the front desk and nothing was done. The bathroom sink faucet was not secured and wobbled when trying to turn it on.
The whole place was not clean: the bed frame and counters had not been properly wiped off, there was little pieces of plastic trash left on the table and along the floorboards in the kitchen and bathroom. There where two large, half empty bottles of juice left in the fridge.
There were no wash clothes and the tv didn't work either.
The staff is friendly but ineffective.
I know "you get what you pay for", and they are "renovating", but that is no excuse for not cleaning a room before a guest checks in or having properly functioning plumbing.

The positives: the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels seemed new.

Notes: if you stay for more than five days, they do provide a one time cleaning but its only on Wednesday.
Also, the stove top is conduction only so you have to have a special pan or cast iron if you want to be able to cook.

There are some very scary people living? and helping at the Front Desk...when there is someone at the Front Desk. Had to report marijuana to said Front Desk as a present smell, one morning, to get rid of, & coming home, clearly smoking was, too, impacting my clothes. Running, slamming doors, an unknown man throwing up in the middle of the night not far from my door. Almost no amenities. No phone, few outlets...I did like some of the new fixtures and furniture they were choosing, but many had stickers/tahs on them. Bed was clean, but sheets were pilled/had a hole on one side...They did a nice job in ensuring my room, specifivally, was very clean, upon arrival, as requested. 2 Shampoos, no Conditioner. Cover missing altogether over Bathroom vent. Room #217, I believe. Towels seemed clean!

Remodeling, never finished the bathroom, painter's tape still on fixtures. No house keeping whatsoever.

Both nights we were awakened by noise-first night was 2 guests fighting in hallway and 2nd night were multiple car alarms going off in parking lot. We had to ask for a shower curtain and never did receive wash cloths. We reserved 2 king rooms and received 1 king and 1 Queen- we paid for better room and no credit given. We will not stay here again,

kitchen, have to purchase cookware. it should have provided cookware since it’s a studio

The room was nice and recently remodeled.

Someone from the hotel called me late morning that I was to check in and informed me that due to maintenance issues they had to cancel my reservation. Call was not from the hotel phone number, and offered no assistance in any form. Said to call hotels.com to arrange a cancellation and refund. it has been over a week, and still no refund!!
VERY UNHAPPY!!

Not a clean room! There was glitter and pubic hair all over the blanket and sheets.

Property was over all okay. When you book the room with a stove top. They don't inform you that you need stainless steel pan and want to charge 34.99 for the set. Other than that it's was okay.
