This property was not as advertised. Showed a breakfast area and working kitchen. There was no breakfast/coffee area and the stove was broken. We brought our own food to cook so this was a problem. There was also no shower curtain, only one towel for a reservation of four, and no hair dryer. The toilet and shower dripped and there was grime everywhere. There was people smoking pot in the parking lot aka a designated police parking area. I would never recommend this hotel. We left after one night of a two night stay and will working to game our money refunded.
The entrance area was dirty, the lobby was dirty with linens in one corner. I just left and got another hotel. I couldn’t get a refund but I’m glad I didn’t have to stay there.
The property was in a really bad part of the city and the clientele it serves are most likely not there by their choice. The first room I was given was filthy and the second room was worse. The guys I was traveling with also had a horrible room with no security locks. As a whole it was horrible and they property needs to update the pictures on the site as the rooms do not look anything like the pictures they provide. The management does not care about anything and have insulted me when I tried for the whole week to get my refund that should have been returned immediately. I did not stay here and won't recommend it to anyone
Out dated lamp not functional
TV worked sometimes
The property is old, outdated and needs to be upgraded. Additionally, it is not cleaned well. My room wasn’t cleaned well - bed was made and bathroom generally clean, but floor wasn’t swept, it was sticky and there were food marks on the microwave. I asked front desk twice to clean but they never did. So I waited until I received my deposit back to review them. I was grateful for shelter, especially when checking in at 4am to a new state/city for an internship starting at 8am. This wasn’t worth my money.
very sad
Good to have refrigerator, microwave and stove top. Floors were FILTHY! Not until you check in that there's a $100 deposit. Takes 3-5 business days to get my refund. NEVER AGAIN STAYING THERE!
The rooms we were in were rundown.
There was a broken but still connected light fixture. That's unsafe. There was no spindle for the toilet paper holder.
I requested a queen bed and got a room with a double bed.
The other room had no microwave oven and no remote control for the TV. We informed management of all these problems, but nothing was done.
Worst hotel ive stayed at by far
Overall good. Not a bad place
Every thing was horrible I wanted a refund but Expedia customer service is so hard to get ahold of. I felt like I slept with bugs all night the entire hotel room was so gross we asked to change and the second one was just as worse. Terrible hotel. Terrible staff. Whole place needs to be condemned
The room was dirty, the bed sheet was not clean, and the door can not lock. This hotel I would not recommend to sleep.
Parking lot was being paved and we had to walk all around the building to get in. The asphalt got on everyone's shoes. Clearly our floor had not been cleaned since the last guest since walking barefoot within the unit led to black feet.
The first non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Got a new room after. Shower was covered in dirt and no toilet paper. 2 towels and that's it. People partying in the parking lot right outside window until 5am.
Terrible, my flight was delay due to weather. I was a few hours late to ckeck in so they sold my room to another customer. Isnt reservation suppose to hold the room? Anyway, im not impress with the place, it doesnt look clean in the office area.
I wish I could get my money back, this was the worst time I’ve ever stayed in my life. The air-conditioning wasn’t on the place isn’t clean. I don’t have a garbage can. I had to get my own towels and soap the staff isn’t very friendly.
Didnt like the hidden fee's on the room
The building was clean and quiet
I booked hotel room when i got there, they told me it is full, wasted time, poor service
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone and my stay here will impact my decision to ever stay at a Choice hotel again. This is quite literally a roach motel.
Checking in- I had no toilet paper in the room and one towel and one wash cloth for a room that sleeps 4 people.
Got toilet paper and an extra towel. Never had house keeping, they didn’t even come get trash and I stayed for a week. I was told I had to take my own trash out.
The bathroom was filthy and the shower didn’t drain. The kitchen was also dirty. The microwave was dirty, the sink was dirty and the toilet was dirty. One of the lamps had a live cut electric cord hanging loose from the wall.
Multiple times walking to my car, “guests” from the hotel asked me for money. At one point my daughter and I were walking to the car, a woman asked me for money, I said no and kept walking to the car and she followed me to my car and kept asking as I got in and backed out.
The fact that I paid for this hotel at all is an insult to hotels.
