Pros:

I liked that the rooms were larger and open for more comfort. I did not eat the breakfast; however, the coffee was very good.

Cons:

I never did find an ice machine which was very inconvenient. At check-in, the lady behind the desk was extremely short and quite rude. She created a very unfriendly atmosphere, and I actually wanted to leave. Later, I was outside waiting for my sister and another couple walked out the front door complaining about how rude the lady at the desk was. I felt better knowing it was not just me.

Convenient to MOA
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The towels are big enough to wrap around a regular size person.

Cons:

Only one side of the bed has plugs. My husband wished the soda water was a bit cleaner.

Cons:

Was dirty and ceiling repairs awful
. Looked like falling down. Ordered two beds got one queen and one twin. TV did not work and no one on weekends to fix it. Were there an hour and with all dirty. Spots on carpet and no tv and no place for brother to sleep checked out. You are nuts to think 8.6 is there rating. Should be 5-. Booking usually has nice hotels but this was terrible. I have disputed this charge. Do not like talking to robots. Cannot find a phone number with a live person. You should take this hotel off your list as it is a downer for this company.
