Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Quiet floor. Liked the full size refrigerator, microwave and dishes for cooking.

Cons:

No blanket, ot hand towels. Chairs were old and excessively worn, although recliner was nice. Smelled cigarette smoke in halls. Pillows were poor quality.

I would not recommend this hotel it put the G in ghetto

I didn’t have towels or tissue in my room had to go to front desk to get them and only had one towel available so he had to go to an empty room just to get us towels but I thought that’s stuff is already supposed to be set up especially in a suite

My stay was atrocious

The property was dirty my sheets upon arrival had bodily fluids on them the room smelled the hallway smelled and there was prostitution going on as well as narcotics sells

Everything. From the front desk guy not helpful at all. He was on the phone since I did the check in all the way to check out. When doing my booking I specify that I was bringing my kid and need it extra bed ( sofa bed ) well the room didn't have the mattress in the sofa. I requested it at the front desk and the guy never brought it. Until I went back and ask for a second time. And still never got what I need it. The place is nasty from halls, stair all the way to the rooms. The walls are disgusting it seems like they don't do at least a simple cleaning. People with no access or reservations ( am not sure if they are homeless or not ) but they go in the building and sleep in the stair. This part was really scary every night I walked inside. I was told we couldn't get a refund back so we only stay at night to go to sleep but had to leave for the rest of the day!

Pros:

I was completely disgusted by this property. I found a dirty diaper under the sink in the garbage, which clearly shows the place was not cleaned properly before my stay. The smell was so bad I literally gagged — and I have video proof of this. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and not what I paid for. I demand a full refund.

Dirty, run down building, inside and out. The bed had no blankets; I had to push my wheelchair aLL THE WAY BACK TO THE LOBBY TO ASK FOR SOME BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. Waited and waited - it was late at night, I'd had a huge day, I needed to lie down and rest and had just paid $167 to do just that. But the blankets didn't arrive, and the room was freezing. Finally canceled my reservation, left, slept in my car.

The floors in the entry way were visibly dirty which was off putting but still gave it a chance that the rooms would be clean and oh was I wrong…. There was no towels or wash cloths in the room, there was dirty dishes in the dish washer from the previous guest and a dirty wash cloth in the tub.

Fine from afar but far from fine.
Pros:

The hotel definitely doesn’t look as nice as the pictures in the listing. Maybe 15 years ago but not today. It’s a bit run down and a little dirty in some places but the staff really did try to make the stay as good as it was going to get. Can’t complain much because it was cheap.
