SpringHill Suites by Marriott Rochester-Mayo Clinic/St Marys

Provided us with all the amenities we needed for our stay and recovery. They allowed us a late checkout since our flight was not till the early evening.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the shuttle bus going to Mayo clinic. Breakfast had several choices, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, eggs and sausage.

Everything was wonderful except I might have gotten a stomach ache from the oat milk. Next time I should check the expiration date on the carton. Unfortunately there was road construction while we were there.

Wish I had been warned of road closure in front of hotel. Was difficult to get to correct parking lot.

Hotel is fine but parking is hideous. Spaces are for compact cars, not much bigger.

When I checked and last night at 8:30, it was dark and pouring down rain, and the guy working behind the counter was not helpful at all and I have a daughter that’s in a wheelchair plus a service dog. It would’ve been nice if he could at least help us with the doors, but the morning staff was amazing so that made the difference. OK then my name is Myra Purkey

Great for a short walk to St. Mary’s hospital. The Studio rooms allowed for a little more space during your stay. Showers weren’t great but they had a nice breakfast and the staff was always kind and helpful.

Check in person was friendly & helpful. Accomodations were clean and quiet. Parking was a little congested with the construction.

Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of most Mayo facilities and shuttles available Mon to Fri. Parking very accessible. Pool was down while I was there, was surprised I did receive any information on that. Very nice outdoor patio with a fire pit. Construction in front of hotel, but they made it work. Excellent breakfast. Checked out early which caused my rate to be higher than quoted, too busy with medical things to ask why.

We stayed for about a week and requested for our bedsheets to be changed even once and cleaner declined. Stating they only changed on specific days. Floor was vacuumed once. Cleaner only comes to take out trash…Horrible cleaning services
