The neighbors were smoking so much weed and cigarettes we had to keep the bathroom fan on all night just to be able to breathe. There were streaks inside the toilet bowl from the last occupants and it looked like there were blood spatters on the ceiling near the closet. The windows were covered in dust. We ended up finding the back of the tv remote under a dresser. The mattress cover made a crunching noise at least I hope it was the cover and the walls were paper thin. The funniest part was breakfast if you can call it that. The coffee was actually water (the person called his supervisor to figure out why) and they ran out of hot water for tea. The breakfast was only oatmeal, but without hot water I’m not sure how anyone was expected to eat it. The staff was really friendly but that didn’t make up for the other issues.

Simply put, Dingy. Got the room to sleep in but was woken up by noise in the hallway coz the door doesn’t seem to be sound proof. The fridge had weird rust stains on the door. The bed looked the sheets hadn’t been changed. Overall the place just needs a major facelift!

The Price could have been a little chaeper by 10 or 20 dollars

The linen or washcloths didn't look clean. We had to go and buy both the refrigerator was dirty the tub and sink was dirty definitely not up to standards for guests. It was a non-smoking room, but there were burn marks all over the sink and free breakfast forget about it. All I saw was coffee. And the bed was uncomfortable

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The entry hasn't been vacuumed/ swept/ mopped in forever; doors & windows are dirty gross & not attended to in months; the elevator floor was dirty in all corners/edges & the floor choice panel disgusting - I didn't even want to press the floor button! There is a stink as soon as you walk through the entrance of dirty, old, unkempt & pet odors. Room 224 was disgusting! The carpet is filthy & SMELLS LIKE CAT PISS and MOLD! The ceiling has multiple areas of what looks like mold showing through slopped-on cover paint; the drapes were gross to touch; windows are totally gross you can barely see out of them; The walls are a disgusting forest green & dirty. The wall next to the bed looks like there is old dry vomit spewed on it. The cabinets all have warped/moisture damaged edges. The refrigerator was filled with moisture beads. I had to wipe down the door edges, handles, counter, table, nightstand, remote control, switch plates & bathroom counter before using. I used a bath washcloth & it was very gray after just a few wipes of those areas. The toilet base is gross/not clean/caulking is old/soiled/smells - I had to clean the flush button on top of the tank before I used it! The vinyl flooring looks nice but is dirty & dusty in the entry, kitchenette & bathroom. The desk chair was sticky gross to the touch on the top /arm rests & seemed like spatters/streaks from white paint on the seat. There were NO hangers for clothing nor a luggage rack. The a/c was set at 60* when I walked in! I had just driven 6 hours in a rainstorm, arriving exhausted & much later than expected due to weather/road construction & just simply too tired to request a different room once I had all my belongings inside!

I first got a really outdated room with an AC unit that didn’t blow cold air, a toilet that had trouble flushing, and the shower didn’t work. Overall the room was really old and the bathtub was gross and didn’t even properly drain.

I tried two different remotes and neither one worked to turn the TV on. I went to the front desk to get dinnerware and all they had was plates. No silverware, no coffee cups no. Cookware. The counters in the kitchen and in the bathroom were in disrepair. When I took a shower the tub creaked like it was going to break and I was going to fall through. Went to get clean towels and they didn't have any ready. The website says they have grab-and-go breakfast but all there was was coffee, not one single food item.

Definitely did not look like the photos. Very outdated and dirty. My water was shut off without notice and when it was finally restored it was cold the entire weekend. I would not recommend this hotel. It was a complete waste money

The hotel is at the rating level it has on Booking; met the expectations

Property was definitely under construction. Pet fee not stated at booking or anywhere on website. Most comparable hotels charge between $30-$50 flat fee. This place was $25 per night per pet. An extra $100 I wasn’t planning on. Bathroom door opened outwards and against the kitchen island. Carpeting in hallways and room was stained.
I will say hotel staff was cheerful, polite and helpful.
