We stay here a lot, it is a reliable place to go, always exceeds expectations.
Pros:

Always like to stay here, staff is great, rooms are clean and quiet. Very comfortable furniture in the rooms.

We slept in a room we did not book. I’m handicapped due to strokes. And although I’m not in a wheelchair I prefer a walk

Cons:

Did not get the room we booked. The room stank of cigarette smoke. The manager didn’t seem concerned. The staff didn’t seem trained. And the no refund policy makes it feel like an international deception.

Air conditioner in room very loud, but it cooled the room fine.

Booking.com is Trash 🗑
Pros:

Booking.com is a horrible third party entity, they totally screwed up my reservation at Sonesta Simply Suites. They fraudulently charged my card and then canceled my reservation. The desk clerk at Sonesta assisted me in finding out the site is fraudulent and they steal patrons money.

Cons:

I didn't like the foreign lady representative, she consistently lied about calling the hotel as I stood right at the front desk with the clerk. She never called to canceled my reservation and booking.com still charged my card for their mistake that was made on their behalf.
