Convenient
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel. Been using this facility since 2020.The price, staff and the place rooms was great. There was only a few issues like the pool and the elevator. We was told they are under renovations. I cannot wait to see the new look.

Will definitely stay again
Pros:

The location was just right for the reason we stayed. The staff was excellent. I was in need of an early check in and possible extension due to weather conditions. They did not hesitate to go above and beyond. And as friendly as can be. Will definitely be staying again

Glad we had only booked room for one night.
Pros:

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

Cons:

Our room was next to the highway and we had lots of traffic noise all night long - didn't get a lot of sleep. I don't know if something can be done to buffer the noise. The vanity in the bathroom was needed to be touched up with paint. The pool was out of order and when we got up Sunday morning, the elevator was out of order -- we happened to be on the 4th floor. The dining room needs to be updated - covering on most of the chairs is peeling off. We've stayed at Comfort Inn before and had a great experience, but we won't be returning to the Cary location.

Would not stay there again
Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

The power was out upon my arrival but this was not explained and no one offered to assist carrying luggage up the stairs. Able TV was unreliable. Internet was slow.

No pool= kids sad
Pros:

The room was clean and nice. The location was an easy drive to a venue in Raleigh we were attending.

Cons:

The main reason of booking this hotel was because of the indoor pool. Upon arriving and checking in the pool was closed for maintenence. The entire 1st and 2nd floor smelled putrid. Also, the TV would only work about 5 minutes and show no signal. Sometime it would come back on after turning on and off several times.
