Not much Comfort
Pros:

Room was spacious and well laid out for wheelchair accessibility.

Cons:

Breakfast was underwhelming and disappointing. Several things were out of reach for folks in wheelchairs. Only one elevator was operational. Ice machine was dirty and faulty. It would continue to shoot out ice after the lever was returned to neutral.
Pool was closed..this wasn't mentioned on the website or when I booked the room.

This should be a 2 stars hotel. Many hotel facilities are not working.
Pros:

DIY waffle machine for breakfast. The bed are firm and comfortable.

Cons:

One of the hotel elevators is out of order. The in-house pool is not open. The Hotel Gym is so dirty and the water machine inside the gym is not working. The hotel floors near the elevator and inside the elevator have dried off coffee / juice spills that were not cleaned up.
Breakfast lack fresh fruit and oatmeal.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the lady that checked us in and our small talk. Very lovely person. We will be back. Worth the stay, and great location.

Convenient
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel. Been using this facility since 2020.The price, staff and the place rooms was great. There was only a few issues like the pool and the elevator. We was told they are under renovations. I cannot wait to see the new look.
