So bad that we had to come home and couldn't even make it to the concert.
Cons:

A/C unit didn't work and no maintenance on weekends. Lumpy, unsupportive bed.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The nicest shower I have ever had at a hotel. I travel frequently for work. My room was clean and housekeepers were polite and worked really hard.

Cons:

The front door was filthy. It was also open all of the time. The front desk staff rarely looked up to see who was entering, and rarely did they greet guest. My room smelled like smoke. When the adjacent rooms had guests who were smoking it made my room smell like smoke. When I reported it to the front desk, they asked if I wanted them to investigate. I thought it was a smoke free facility? The area near the outdoor grill and the designated smoke area was always dirty with cigarette butts and trash. The furniture in that area looked dated. There was no sitting area in the lobby, which meant I had to always be in my room. Staff need to be trained to be a little more outgoing. Cleaning the front door and other outdoor areas should be part of the daily routine. FYI...the housekeepers did a great job. My room was spotless.

My stay was okay for that period of time there.
Pros:

There was no breakfast at my location. My bathroom wasn't completely clean. There was hair on the sink near the faucet and in the tub. But I was pleased with the stay. I thought I was in a suite like another Sonesta location, but it was a regular room.

Pros:

Spacious rooms. Even with the items listed below, the stay was good. The biggest issue is smelling Marijuana everywhere.

Cons:

The smell of Marijuana everywhere. 1/2 of the dryers are broken, mold in the bathroom and the carpet was torn.

We only stayed one night after a concert. So only needed a place to crash for a few hours.
