Pros:

All the staff members were helpful,polite, knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Cons:

Carpets in common areas could have been cleaner.
More pots and pans would be nice. There were no bowls in the room.

You need to check Rose once a week. The other hotels do your rooms are getting tore up.

Wish I booked a better hotel

Upon arrival my room had to be switched TWICE. The first room was not ready at alll, and the second room smelled completely like cigarettes even though it was a “non smoking” room. I was downgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom with no efforts made to accommodate. The TV DID NOT WORK, the blankets sucked, & the phone in the room also didnt work. Im never staying at a MainStay ever again and telling my family to do the same!

Close to the airport

It was not clean. The entry way floor was dirty. There were boxes stacked in the hallways. There were roaches in the room. The pillows were terrible.

The staff here are great! The new GM has the best customer service along with the other manager. They are always available at the front desk so no waiting if you are in need of anything. I highly recommend staying at MainStay Suites in Greensboro, NC on Thorndike Rd. The pictures online match exactly how the room looks. You won't be disappointed!

Just wanted to enjoy our stay🥴

The staff, the area of the room and the size of the room.

Cons:

The fact we had to change rooms due to our sink/disposal not working and then to get to the new room and learn it has roaches was very disturbing. 🫩🥴

Good stay besides the two minor things that housekeeping need to check more thoroughly in the rooms next time

I didn’t like absolutely anything! Down form the fact that they didn’t have water for 24 hours, my tv didn’t work for 1/2 weeks of my trip.
