Great stay!
Pros:

Our stay there was very comfortable. The staff always had a smile on their faces and happy to help with any needs. The rooms were a great size, very roomy and tidy.

Short but enjoyed the time I was there
Pros:

I had a great experience thanks to Thomas, who provided truly excellent customer service. From the moment I interacted with him, he was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. He took the time to listen carefully to my needs and made sure he fully understood what I was looking for before offering helpful suggestions. His knowledge and expertise were clear, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out the most was his positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with my choices, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who combines professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge so effortlessly.

I truly appreciate the outstanding service Thomas provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great customer experience

Cons:

I am a light sleeper so the room above me had contractors and I could hear them, however I did sleep well and I also informed staff and the next night it was decent.
