We really enjoyed the place with family and the service was good.Everything was in place as we saw on advertisement and place was warm and clean.

Pros:

Worst experience of my life I won't stay there even if it was R100 a night we are misled by pics elevator was faulty 97% of my stay using stairs to go to 13th floor is hell place was dirty reception was poor and did nothing to attend to complains TV not working broken things and broken windows could not close place was freezing. I would advice no one to go there
