Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Didn't hear noise or roughty neighbors. Rooms looked clean.
The rooms could use an update. As well as the kitchenette. Painting would do wonders and maybe new shower heads.

The area that the hotel was located. Accessible to shopping center and restaurants.
The hotel room had lots of roaches that I had to constantly kill mainly coming from bathroom. The shower was not cleaned well which made me uncomfortable. Also last day of my stay, the elevator was not working! I was on the 3rd floor. I received no courtesy call but the man cleaning the floor in the front entrance did apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel was not worth what I paid.

I prepaid but they couldn’t see that so I had to pay again. I paid my 100 incidents deposit they gave me back 66.00 and told me I had to get the 40.00plus tax back from the 3rd party. The worst experience I have ever had with this hotel . I spent my birthday vacation on the phone trying to get my money back and 300.00 less for my bday to tour the city. I HATE THIS HOTEL
The rm size was excellent to me & my companion.
The staffing was very slow & the check-in cpu wasn't working properly, alot mis-info.
Miss Joyce at the front desk gave me exceptional service
The front doors are not remotely opened. There was a gentleman who was in a wheelchair that I had to hold both doors open for him to enter. It would have been extremely difficult for him to do by himself. It was also difficult to get the clothes carts that were provided into the double doors.
It was just an average experience. Nothing great or exciting, more of disappointment with hotel amenities and physical conditions. Not good!!!

There was know one at the front desk to let us check in. We waited 15 minutes and left. It smelled terrible when we walked in and the smelled stayed as we waited. The parking lot was dark. Would not recommend!

The elevator was broken.
Was not able to check in. Office was closed even though we were there at a time that was posted for them to be open. Found an employee who said they could check us in but then they locked their keys in the office. They said there was another employee on site possibly somewhere on the 3rd floor but they were not able to be located. Ended up having to stay at another hotel. Have tried to contact through hotels.com for a refund but have had no response. Had to dispute the charges with amex.
There was someone sitting on the floor in the hallway when I arrived and he was still there in the morning when I checked out. That was very odd and creepy.
Room wasn’t available, charged more for another one. Area was dirty. Air conditioning unit didn’t work properly.
