The Staff at Extended Stay America 101 Diemer Drive Mount Laurel is Excellent! The management is extremely attentive. All of my needs have been met! I am a busy, hard-working travel nurse. I feel safe and cared for in every way. I recommend this Extended Stay to all!

How did I wind up on a dnr list I only been here one time I didn’t smoke I didn’t leave trash I didn’t leave anything at all lmaoooo it’s okay I have no problems at many other hotels I stay at but I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody

I am still staying here . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated- I love having the kitchenette as I cook often . Staff is very upbeat and helpful .

The staff is excellent. Kind and considerate. Always willing to help with whatever you might need. The room has a kitchenette so going out doesn’t have to be the only option. A full sized fridge can handle pretty much all you’ll need. The bed is as comfortable a one as I’ve ever slept on. The room was clean an organized upon arrival. It may not be the fanciest hotel you’ll ever stay in but it’s comfortable and has everything you’ll need including an iron and ironing board. The location is great. So close to a trip into the city or just a stop at Walmart or Target. Lots a great options for dining. It’s really wonderfully situated. A laundry room with full sized washers and dryers as well as beverage and snack vending machines. Brochures from all over are well stocked in case you want an adventure. My stay has been lovely. It’s a safe place to lay your head for a night or maybe even longer

It was a very mediocre stay here at best. I was homeless with 2 kids and nowhere to go this was my cheapest option for the time. I reserved for a month but stayed only 3 weeks. There were lots of water bugs ants and roaches!!! Really gross place and the customer service was awful. I left and completely forgot to checkout and they tried to charge my card 685$ for the week but I was not there anymore, I actually left a day early. I called to see why since I wasn’t there and the lady on the phone apparently the manager was really rude off the bat when I was not rude at all. She said well u booked for the month I said yes but I left and then had told me that I never checked out and hung up on me. Never asked my name never asked what room I was in.. I have 2 small children and the only thing on my mind was getting out of there before the storm since we had finally had a place to go without paying 685$ a week… I called back maybe 10-15 times and they declined my call every-time. I still had questions. Another lady finally answered and told me to stop calling the hotel but I still had questions. I called back and she told me I “fled” the payment which is untrue I simply forgot to checkout out in the scramble of getting everything packed up from here, the place we were staying at for 3 weeks into the car and leave before the snow storm. She told me that I’m never allowed back at that hotel again because I have an unpaid balance. Which I shouldn’t have because I left the day before we were even supposed to be out by. I left Saturday afternoon and checkout is at 11am Sunday. I simply forgot to checkout and this is how I’m treated. We payed for our stay and they are trying to make it seem like we were staying there and not paying… I gave this place well over 1700$ in the matter of 3 weeks. Awful people working here. Rude, unprofessional, lowlifes!!! Didn’t even try to accommodate with me. I forgot to checkout and now they are going to keep trying to charge my card for a week I was not there? Doesn’t make any sense to me. I understand the inconvenience and I know I made a mistake by forgetting to check out but that’s no reason to treat ANYONE like this. Inconvenience or not these people are flat out ignorant and I don’t recommend anyone come here.

Loved the kitcenette in the room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Close to highway. Would stay here again. Naz even called to let us know we left one of our bags there. Thank you Naz!!
