Extended stay hotel has the best kindest workers that treat you with respect I highly recommend this place one hundred percent

It was a very mediocre stay here at best. I was homeless with 2 kids and nowhere to go this was my cheapest option for the time. I reserved for a month but stayed only 3 weeks. There were lots of water bugs ants and roaches!!! Really gross place and the customer service was awful. I left and completely forgot to checkout and they tried to charge my card 685$ for the week but I was not there anymore, I actually left a day early. I called to see why since I wasn’t there and the lady on the phone apparently the manager was really rude off the bat when I was not rude at all. She said well u booked for the month I said yes but I left and then had told me that I never checked out and hung up on me. Never asked my name never asked what room I was in.. I have 2 small children and the only thing on my mind was getting out of there before the storm since we had finally had a place to go without paying 685$ a week… I called back maybe 10-15 times and they declined my call every-time. I still had questions. Another lady finally answered and told me to stop calling the hotel but I still had questions. I called back and she told me I “fled” the payment which is untrue I simply forgot to checkout out in the scramble of getting everything packed up from here, the place we were staying at for 3 weeks into the car and leave before the snow storm. She told me that I’m never allowed back at that hotel again because I have an unpaid balance. Which I shouldn’t have because I left the day before we were even supposed to be out by. I left Saturday afternoon and checkout is at 11am Sunday. I simply forgot to checkout and this is how I’m treated. We payed for our stay and they are trying to make it seem like we were staying there and not paying… I gave this place well over 1700$ in the matter of 3 weeks. Awful people working here. Rude, unprofessional, lowlifes!!! Didn’t even try to accommodate with me. I forgot to checkout and now they are going to keep trying to charge my card for a week I was not there? Doesn’t make any sense to me. I understand the inconvenience and I know I made a mistake by forgetting to check out but that’s no reason to treat ANYONE like this. Inconvenience or not these people are flat out ignorant and I don’t recommend anyone come here.

Loved the kitcenette in the room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Close to highway. Would stay here again. Naz even called to let us know we left one of our bags there. Thank you Naz!!

Naz is an amazing, kind, patient, and compassionate front desk reservationist. Naz will always acknowledge you when you arrive to the front desk during Check-In and Check-Out. All of my needs have been met during my stay. I am respected and I feel safe. My Suite is so comfortable and clean. I am supplied with fresh towels daily. For my convenience, I also enjoy a Continental Breakfast daily as early as 6am. I am a very busy, hard-working Nurse, and my Suite was chosen especially for me by Management to suit my 3pm-11:30pm Shift. I can choose to utilize the elevator or the stairs leading directly to my SUV. I can also always find ample parking when I return from shift, and the parking lot is bright at night where local law enforcement frequent the streets, driving through to secure a safe environment at all hours day or night. May stay at Extended Stay America 101 Diemer Rd in Mt. Laurel NJ has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. I would recommend staying at this location to anyone.

The room was spacious enought to accommodate my mother and me. The hotel was clean and it was equipped with a microwave, full size fridge and 2 electric burner. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I particularly thought Antoine was helpful, friendly and serviceful. The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, shopping center and major highways. There are several hospitals within a few miles of each other in case of an emergency. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff was friendly Everything was pretty clean. Satisfying experience all the way around. Reception is easy to talk to. They take care of you.
