The place is dirty, smells bad, and poorly maintained.
Pros:

Nothing was good about the property.

Cons:

Everything. The rooms, lobby, hallways are dirty, it smells. The elevator doesn’t work. Stains on the room. Smells like weed everywhere, the showers do not properly work. There’s no hot water. It’s lukewarm. I think people live in this property. Broken furniture and stained, ripped rugs.

Had no kne come and change towels and room clean up
Shower pumps for shampoo and soap did not work good at all
Just not a good place to stay

A decent bed and location.
Pros:

The room had a desk area but no chair. I asked for one and left for dinner. When I returned I still had no chair but the desk clerk then got one for me. No personality at all on the front desk.
