The smell of mildew, and weed smacks you in the face upon entering. The refrigerator rattles all night long. No lock on the bathroom door, limited tv channels, couldn’t get one to turn on and the other to turn off. Microwave was held together by black duct tape. The floor in the kitchen area is all buckled and bumpy. Massive grease and unexplainable stains. The smell is really nauseating.

THIS HOTEL IS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING!!! FROM THE BATHROOM IN THE LOBBY HAVING DRIED UP PEE AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE TOILET THEN MY ROOM STUNK THE SHOWER HAD ACTUAL DIRTY FEET MARKS IN THE TUB THERE WAS HAIRS ON MY BEDDING DIRT STAINS ON THE FURNITURE. I NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO DO BETTER ITS UNSANITARY AND UNACCEPTABLE.

It was filthy . Nothing in the shampoo , gel, or conditioner dispensers and all labelled gel anyway. The front desk didn't have any ...it was locked in the housekeeping closet we were told. The pull out couch was all soiled and the coiled mattress was thin ,flimsy and noisy ,and my son said it felt like a metal plate. He chose to sleep in top of a small couch that didn't fit his body. We had to go to the front desk to get bedding which he slept on top of. When my boyfriend went down to the front desk to ask for the bathroom wash supplies , he heard a patron threatening the front desk staff , that he was going to call the cops.The kitchen had no supplies. The microwave had duct tape on it .The dishwasher top rack could not slide out, because the one side was missing a slider and the rack was nailed onto a plastic part that held it in place. We had a reservation for 4 nights and we checked out the following day. We spoke to another patron across the hall the next morning also checking out and extremely disgusted . He said the microwave didn't work and the staff had to take him to an open unit to use that one, there was no pull out couch and his kids had to sleep on the floor, it lacked supplies and seemed dirty. The hotel desk attendant was very nice but also had the Booking.com phone number ready for us to call to request a refund .

HORRIBLE!!!!! no hot water, not told during check in - had 3 in my party had to ask for towels and an extra blanket. Hallways and room smelled of dog and smoke. No phone in the room STAY AWAY

Absolutely NOTHING

Staff rude not helpful and basically not friendly. Asked for an extra pillow was told there were none. King size bed 2 tiny pillows. The rug in the room was filthy. I never saw a rug so dirty in my life. I took a paper towel and wet it and rubbed the carpet, it turned black. There was a Beatle in the bathroom. Just hanging out on the shower curtain. There were no bed side tables. My husband has a cpap machine. I had to move a table from the bathroom into the bedroom for his machine. It felt so dirty I didnt even feel comfortable sitting on the furniture. My husband is in a wheelchair and the front door is not automatic. I struggled going in and out with him and with the luggage cart. That carpet will be instilled in my mind forever. It was terrible. Going in and out of the room there was a huge lip so I had the most difficult time getting his wheelchair over it. Will never go back to this hotel.

This hotel was terrible, the worst I've ever stayed in. First, we arrived at reception and had to wait about 30 minutes to be attended to. There wasn't even water to buy, the shelves were all empty, the room's air conditioning was set to the temperature they wanted and there was no way to change it, and to make matters worse, when we went to take a shower, the water wouldn't heat up at all. The room phone didn't work either 🤦🏼‍♀️ I checked in at 3:30 pm and we left at 7 pm to find a better hotel because this is unacceptable; we paid without receiving any quality whatsoever. This hotel is awful.

The fact that nothing in the tire hotel worked, we had to move rooms three times, then our work and our stove didn’t work. The kitchen didn’t work and that was the reason we booked that room because it’s small.

The front desk clerk was not helpful when I pointed out the following: there is no lock on the window on the ground floor (serious personal safety issue), there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. I was told that these would both be rectified the next day….they were not. I went out to Home Depot and bought a 2x4, and went to Walmart for shampoo and soap. Also, the coffee maker and dishwasher did not work.
