Bueno la habitacion estava sucia la alfombra en muy mal estado, el aseo en la habitacion casi nunca lo hacian en 23 dias 2 beces hicieron el aseo habian cucarachas en la cosina el microhondas principal no funciona creo que esta descuidado.
The room was clean, and everything I needed to cook with, but I didn't use it, that was comfortable so were the pillows it was clean.
I had no shower curtains. No coffee pot. The room only had one towel, one washcloth. Had to go ask for more see now there are two of us. I have never seen anything like that before. The hotels I stayed in always had abundance of towels and washcloths. Rooms always had coffee pots, in shower curtains.
The only decent thing about this stay was the comfort of the mattress.
This hotel is a complete scam and lie. They advertise really nice pictures of clean and quality rooms, a lovely fitness center, big laundry room, and an area for snacks. In person this is a lie! Rooms did not match the pictures at all. The hotel smelled horrible as soon as you walked in. My remote for the tv was missing batteries. Dog Poop covered the entire grass area outdoors. Of the 8 laundry machines... 2 worked.
My experience with this hotel is horrible. The way they treat their guest is despicable. I will be pressing a lawsuit. Do not stay here.
The bed was comfortable and it was centrally located to various highways, gas stations, restaurants and more.
The minute you walk in, it smells bad. Old carpet and what smells like old food. The carpets in the halls have questionable stains and rips and marks. The elevator stopped working 2 days in and was never fixed for the remaining 3 nights I was there. The bathroom towels barely cover your body and they only provided one.
There was no back up toilet paper and the tissues were pulled out and made into a weird pile on top of the box. The conditioner dispenser didn’t work. The soap in the shower was basically liquid dish soap and left a weird residue on my skin. There was shower gel behind the bathroom door (not in the shower) about 10 feet from the shower. That also didn’t work when found and attempted.
One afternoon the lights in the room went out and came back on but the hallways lights went out and it was very dark for a while. It eventually got fixed though.
The place just felt like it was an old hotel that was falling apart and a new business with a new sign moved in and made zero attempt to clean it upgrade or do any upkeep. It was equivalent to the vibe of a motel6 or something with a slightly nicer bed. The overall smell walking in really was rough everytime though.
The staff was ok. Nice but never at the front desk. Always had to ring the bell to have them come out. I probably won’t stay here again but I’d pick it over a motel.
The rug was a bit tattered and there is nothing around there to eat, so you need to Uber or Doordash in, but the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Weird smell the moment you walk into the hotel. Room had stains on the headboard. Musty smell in the room. Carpet in bad condition. TV and remote never worked. Property and rooms need major uplift and cleanliness of room should be a number one priority of the hotel manager/owner. I would not recommend this hotel.

Property is old and the room was not that clean the carpet was tore out and bedsheet was kinda of dirty like never been clean towels was not enough no housekeeping that clean the thrash or even give a new towels...honestly i don't like the environment of the hotels itself old and dirty...i don't think that will be something for me to stay again at that hotel hallway smell so bad...
