Location to Rutgers is great. Great shower pressure and lots of hot water. Lady at desk was so nice.
Water ran on the floor during the showers. Towel rack fell off the wall, was able to but back on.
Asked for a copy of bill when checking out and the young girl told me “since I booked the room through a third party get the receipt from them.” Not very good customer service.

Not enough amenities at this hotel. Coffee but no tea available. No water bottle in the room. When compared to similar hotels, this was not as good.

The WiFi was HORRIBLE NO RECEPTION AT ALL!!!In and out reception, phone IPad buffering the entire stay, even the hotel tv kept freezing. PLEASE SONESTA INVEST IN SOME DECENT WiFi! 3 days, it was ANNOYING!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Somerset, NJ. The free parking was a great benefit and made our trip much more convenient.
The housekeeping ladies were very cooperative, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and positive attitude were greatly appreciated and helped make our visit even more enjoyable.
The rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided great service overall. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom floor, as several tiles were cracked and would benefit from being reinstalled or replaced to enhance the guest experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend Sonesta Simply Suites Somerset to anyone visiting the area.
The only disappointment during my stay was being charged $25 for a late checkout of just 2 hours. While I understand hotel policies, I felt the charge was a bit high for such a short extension. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly from check-in through check-out. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated having access to the fitness center, which was clean and had everything needed for a good workout. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located, making for a relaxing overnight stay. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.
