Pros:

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The ceiling in our room was actively leaking, which is not only unacceptable but a clear sign of poor maintenance. No guest should have to stay in a room with water damage.

When we went to the front desk to address the issue, the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. There was no urgency, no real attempt to fix the problem, and no effort to make the situation right.

To make matters worse, the location listed in the confirmation email was incorrect, which caused confusion and wasted our time trying to figure out where we were actually supposed to go. Basic accuracy should not be that hard.

The hallway smelled strongly like wet dog the entire time. We later realized a guest in room 204 appeared to have multiple dogs in the room, which management clearly was not handling properly. Regardless of the reason, the entire floor smelled terrible. That reflects very poorly on management and cleanliness standards.

Between the leak, the inaccurate information, the smell, and the unprofessional staff, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.

A sadly average stay
Pros:

The staff was nice, but the room had stale food in the heater venter, crumbs int he room and so I asked to switch bedrooms. I called down and was told someone was going to bring my new key up, however after waiting 15 minutes no one came. I had to take all of my stuff back downstairs and get the key. Once I got back up to my new room, I struggles to connect to the wifi, so I went to call the front desk and my phone was not working so I can to again walk all the way downstairs to ask for them to send someone up to fix my phone.

This hotel had good reviews, so I went in with higher expectations and they were sadly not upheld. It sadly ended up being an average stay.
