Pros:

stayed for 1 night. The hotel hallway needs new carpet. The room is ok for the price, very basic. shower is bad, need to change the shower head, tub does not drain properly. hallway smells like smoke.

Still wishing they had a handicap bathroom shower pet friendly room. But rooms are always clean and staff is great. They pet friendly and have a dog park which is fantastic and important to us. I always see security in parking area which is awesome

Pros:

We checked in, saw the room and, because we were placed in the farthest room from the elevator on the 2nd floor; we decided not to stay. My husband has knee issues and cannot walk that far. I asked mgmt for a refund and was refused because we had booked through a 3rd party. Not in a good neighborhood either

I loved everything about this little hotel/restaurants/casino combo. Everything was shiney! The parking lot is well lit, has security patrol and cameras. The halls in the hotel have cameras. The restaurant food is DELICIOUS! They welcomed my dogs and even provided a little fenced dog park. I didn't leave the property during my stay, there was no need to go anywhere else!

The staff here are friendly and have a sense of humor, the room was clean, but there's a visible gap at the bottom of the room door that bled light into the room at night. Likewise, the curtains did the same thing, I had to rearrange chairs to hold the curtains closed against the wall. The room had a strong chemical odor, but it wasn't overbearing and it made the room feel a bit cleaner. The bed was okay, the sheets were very clean and had no visible staining or critters, so that was a relief. However, I'm not the intended demographic and that was evidenced by the other guests and hotel staff, but I was certainly made to feel welcome, so good job to their staff. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because it's really out of the way from most things that a person does while in Las Vegas.
