Excellent service by the super efficient staff! Special mention to Mr. Tushar, Mr. Abdul, Mr. Chetan, Mr. Puia for taking absolutely amazing care in everything. A special mention to the team at the Three Kitchens restaurant, the staff is very polite and very prompt in service.

Fantastic food and service. Great recommendation from Sanjeeb the Asian chief chef.

Came for dinner to Ukiyo, had a blast. While leaving, our car tyre got punctured. Manoj and Kiran were kind enough to change the tyre for us while we rested.

I am travelling for business all around the world but I have never experienced a top class hotel in all aspects like Ritz Carlton in Pune. If you are searching for a world class service, beautiful rooms and food like from the best restaurants in the world, you come here. However, the hotel staff and their hospitality is the reason to come every time only here. And special thanks to Srijan who attended us perfectly during our whole stay, Thank you Ritz Carlton, this is how the hotel business should be done!

My experience at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of exceptional. I happened to try two of the restaurants.

At Asamana, i thoroughly enjoyed the beverages and truly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary dish curated around my dietary restrictions — a small gesture that made the experience feel incredibly personalized. We also tried the Bharma Gucci, which was easily one of the best.The service throughout was prompt, warm, and attentive, making the entire evening seamless and enjoyable.

At Ukiyo, the Nabe Udon was delightful, but the highlight for me was a beautifully crafted drink served with an origami dragon -such a magical and memorable touch.

I had a good experience at the Three kitchen overall. The chetaan managed everything properly and ensured that the stay was comfortable and smooth. The service and hospitality were appreciated.
However, toward the end, it felt like the focus became more about getting feedback and reviews, especially when I was specifically to put the review. Genuine service usually speaks for itself, so I hope feedback is collected more naturally in the future. Overall, the experience was still positive.

My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune was nothing short of spectacular. While every corner of this property exudes luxury from the stunning infinity pool to the impeccable rooms overlooking the golf course it was the food and the people that truly made this experience unforgettable.

A special mention and heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Shankar Gadhe. The culinary preparation was the highlight of my trip. Every dish served was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation, clearly crafted with immense skill and passion. Mr. Gadhe’s talent in the kitchen turns a simple meal into a celebration of taste.

Equally instrumental to my wonderful experience was Mansi. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. It is rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such heartfelt hospitality.

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune from 23 to 25 March 2026.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a suite upgrade (Room 902) arranged by Assistant Manager Ms. Jui Manjre even before my arrival — a wonderful gesture. My EA had spoken to Ms. Jui before my arrival.

The hotel is truly amazing, and the suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The pool and steam room were also excellent.

Service throughout the hotel was consistently warm and courteous. Dinner was very good, especially the cheese selection, with Arjun providing outstanding service as our waiter.

Breakfast was average. While most items were fine, the coffee was weak and the pancakes were disappointing — very thin and tasteless, despite my specific request for thick, fluffy American-style pancakes.

A big highlight was the early morning check-out handled by Ms. Sapna. When my Uber rides kept getting cancelled, she kindly arranged a complimentary airport transfer in the hotel car. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made a big difference.

Overall, it was a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune. The beautiful property, excellent suite, and warm hospitality more than made up for the minor shortcomings. I will definitely return on my next visit to Pune.

Had a very nice experience in calz ritz with food , ambience and off course the chef Mr.Sanjeeb Lama. Very warm reception and food was very different but delightful ... Will visit again for sure...

I took my husband for a breakfast buffet here and the food was beyond amazing!!
The most important thing however is Mr.Shankar (Sous Chef) going out of his way to make my husband’s day even more special. Big thanks to him and his service 🙏🏼

Best birthday celebration and hospitality due to a warm staff especially from the chef shankar gadhe. He single handedly made our experience from good to great, gave me flowers as well as an extra designed birthday cake. He must be made head chef and head of hospitality here.
