We visited Ritz- Carlton to celebrate a family gathering and absolutely loved the food. Especially the food was under their theme Savour series Kolkata and it was the first time I tasted so many kolkata cuisine varieties under one roof.

The manager Chetan was very courteous and magnificent in looking after us. Our definitely favourite spot and person in Pune.

Excellent service and dining experience as always ..Manager Chetan Sir makes our every visit really special special whole hearted thanks to him and entire team to bring the best food and memories to table. Disha Ma'am too was curtious . God bless the team

Loved my stay at the Ritz-Carlton. It was an impulsive decision to stay here because my work went on till pretty late and I wanted to visit this property because my friends had enjoyed their stay there. Except for a minor hiccup during check-in, the experience was flawless. Mr Desai, Chetan, Disha, Them and many more contributed to making my experience superlative. The super premium experience begins right at check-in, there's a basket of expensive Red Delicious Apples at the reception for anyone feeling snacky. Tea and Coffee made available gratis while the check in formalities are being completed. Having stayed at a bunch of premium properties in Asia (I avoid pricier hotels in Europe and the US because they just don't have the knack to serve) I have to admit that my stay at this property was one I will remember.

The hard product ie The room was amazing. Huge rooms with a walk in closet and a large bathroom. The bathroom is well stocked with cosmetics from Forest Essentials which is a premium brand. The only issue I faced was having to call someone when I wanted to watch Netflix. Their TVs aren't Netflix ready and someone from the staff has to plug in a firestick before it is OTT enabled.

I ate dinner and breakfast there and both of the meals were very good. The attention to service and detail is what one looks for when visiting an establishment of this calibre and I wasn't disappointed.

I will be back.

PS: The infinity edge pool was amazing and I was super tempted to extend my stay by another day just to swim in it.

PPS: Folks, please change the Apples at the reception. They've become a bit mealy.

Ultimate Luxury

The establishment offers a splendid selection of culinary choices, accompanied by truly outstanding service. The pho soup, in particular, was exceptionally flavorful. The atmosphere exuded a sense of grandeur.
Overall, it is remarkably well-maintained, and I would highly recommend it to others for a future visit.

Sangeeta and shubhan looked after me and my room and i was very happy with the service. I look forward to visit again

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Mahima from Guest Relations. She went above and beyond to help me place a welcome card along with chocolates in the room for my friend Koffi. Despite it being a last-minute request, I just called her and she ensured everything was perfectly arranged before his arrival. Her proactive support and warm hospitality made his welcome truly special. Mahima did a great job and deserves recognition for her excellent service.

Excellent service by the super efficient staff! Special mention to Mr. Tushar, Mr. Abdul, Mr. Chetan, Mr. Puia for taking absolutely amazing care in everything. A special mention to the team at the Three Kitchens restaurant, the staff is very polite and very prompt in service.

Fantastic food and service. Great recommendation from Sanjeeb the Asian chief chef.

Came for dinner to Ukiyo, had a blast. While leaving, our car tyre got punctured. Manoj and Kiran were kind enough to change the tyre for us while we rested.

I am travelling for business all around the world but I have never experienced a top class hotel in all aspects like Ritz Carlton in Pune. If you are searching for a world class service, beautiful rooms and food like from the best restaurants in the world, you come here. However, the hotel staff and their hospitality is the reason to come every time only here. And special thanks to Srijan who attended us perfectly during our whole stay, Thank you Ritz Carlton, this is how the hotel business should be done!

My experience at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of exceptional. I happened to try two of the restaurants.

At Asamana, i thoroughly enjoyed the beverages and truly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary dish curated around my dietary restrictions — a small gesture that made the experience feel incredibly personalized. We also tried the Bharma Gucci, which was easily one of the best.The service throughout was prompt, warm, and attentive, making the entire evening seamless and enjoyable.

At Ukiyo, the Nabe Udon was delightful, but the highlight for me was a beautifully crafted drink served with an origami dragon -such a magical and memorable touch.

A truly refined dining experience with impeccable hospitality.
