I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality. A special mention to Mr. Chetan, who provided exceptional service—he was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

A true 5 star experience in Pune. This hotel has a close proximity to Pune International airport. This is comparatively new 5 star property. This was my first visit to this property and I must say that I am overwhelmed after visiting this property. They exceled in every department. Seamless check in, immaculately maintained spacious rooms, tasty food, world class customer service. I opted for a Club lunge room and services and facilities provided at club lunge were excellent and the best when compared to other competitor brands I have visited so far. Special mention to Aarti in the club lunge. Excellent customer service and attention to every client requirement. Buffet breakfast was also amazing with wide variety of food spreading across 5 section (Indian, Western, Asian, Cold cut and Bread section). Butter croissants were so fluffy and crispy. Toiletries are of excellent quality and are of Forest Essential brand.

The only let down was sleep experience. I preordered firm pillow but the pillow provided wasn't firm and I had to once again ask for a new firm pillow but, that too wasn't firm and hence, it ruined by entire night sleep. Health faucet (WC water jet) pressure was quite low. Also, bath towel provided seems to be 3XL size. No master switch to shut off all lights at once.

Excellent location and view, a must stay in Pune. Jui Manjre and Chetan were excellent and were considerate about everything. Komal took good care of the room , exceptionally clean.
Food was top notch.

It was stunning experience to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary here. Everything was so perfect including unique ambience, delicious food and of course helping staff.

Having stayed several times at the Ritz in Bangalore and having loved it we were keen to try out the Ritz in Pune. And it had all the trademark above par hospitality and feel of luxury. Definitely going to be staying here in future. I would specially like to mention the entire staff including the front desk who were extremely nice and warm. The breakfast at three kitchens was also very good and moreso the pack breakfast they gave while we left at 4 am. Well done team Ritz

Ritz is easily the best hotel in Pune. The service is exemplary. Chetan in F&B and Jui in Front Office provided a perfectly personalised experience making it even more special. They ensured highest standard of service from pre-check in to checkout setting the bar high.

This is clearly one of the top hotels in Pune. The ambience is outstanding - so is the maintenance and quality of service. We stayed for 2 nights here - happy to come back again. The rooms were quite large and were equipped with just about everything that you might need. The breakfast spread was large and very elaborate. Happy with the hotel overall.

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton. The menu is incredibly vast with an excellent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, and everything we tried was delicious. The quality of food and presentation truly reflects the brand’s standards.
The service was exceptional—attentive, warm, and seamless throughout our visit. A special mention to Mr. Chetan, the restaurant manager, who ensured we had the best experience and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Overall, a delightful experience with great food, variety, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Room and amenities are excellent. Three restaurants to choose from. Gym and infinity pool are great. Room service was prompt. Spa was great.
