Had a great dinner buffet at the Three kitchen restaurant, everything was top notch and all the staff were very warm and welcoming!! Special thanks to Chetan sir (The restaurant manager) for making the dinner this special! Highly recommend to try atleast once…
The property was excellent. The best part was the service the staff at the front desk to everyone else.
We were here for our daughter’s bday and the experience was something we all loved specially our little one.
We were specially welcomed at arrival by Vaishnavi and her colleagues and made feel special.
They sent a toy for our kid which she loved.
The food and beverage team was also brilliant special mention to Chetan for that he did not have no as answer.

I am writing to express my serious disappointment with my recent five-night stay at your hotel.
The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. During breakfast, I found residue in a glass, which clearly indicated that it had not been properly cleaned. I reported this to the restaurant floor manager, who apologized and removed the glass. On another morning, when I unfolded my napkin, I immediately found a hair inside it. The F&B Manager came to apologize, and after learning that I had changed my hotel in Mumbai to another brand, he brought the General Manager to speak with me.
The General Manager apologized and promised to follow up with me. However, this promise was not kept. Since he specifically asked for my WhatsApp number, there is no excuse for the lack of follow-up after I checked out.
In addition to the cleanliness issues, the room also had several maintenance problems. The water pressure was poor, and the hot and cold water were inconsistent, sometimes turning cold and sometimes hot unexpectedly. The washroom door was also broken and could not open completely; it would automatically close about one-third of the way. Furthermore, the towels had an unpleasant smell and were far from the expected clean, snowy-white standard.
Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff training, service attitude, and empathy toward guests did not meet the standards expected of The Ritz-Carlton brand. Most importantly, the lack of follow-up from senior management reflects a serious lack of integrity.
Food was great. Chef sanjeeb lama of three kitchens took amazing care of our dining experience.
Visited here to celebrate my wives birthday, with my 3month old. Chetan (head of F&B) really went out his way to make this dinner special, thank you so much.
