Everything is great and staff are very friendly. Gym is perfect however the pool is very small and not for swimming

Very friendly and attended staff
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean.
Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat.
The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient.
The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great.
The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe.

The only downside is the distance from the main part of dubai

Pros:

The hotel was amazing and the staff was great as well. Get free access to the Palm Jumeirah if you need the beach. My stay was very delightful they have everything on the property is you need a club or food.

Frustrating Delays and Low Food Quality
Pros:

Disappointed with my stay. The room service was extremely slow — it took at least 45 minutes every time we asked for something simple like towels or drinks. The food quality was also below expectations. Overall, not the standard I expected from this hotel.

My jewelry was stolen by housekeeping. Then the staff tried to gaslight me into thinking I misplaced my jewelry which was not the case. Do not stay here! The Palm and Luxe are much better.

Pros:

Amazing property, friendly staff gave me complementary upgrade to pool villa room, great breakfast buffet. Even though a “noisy” / busy hotel, rooms are very insulated so it never bothers you and you don’t hear it. Would stay again for sure, as long as you don’t mind being in JVC area and willing to take cars slightly longer drive toward palm, marina, business bay etc

The receptionist lied about the view Burj Khalifa

I had asked for a good view and a room above 50th floor since I was coming back after 5 years. The receptionist said my room will have the view of Burj Khalifa and when I check in, it was not there.

I went down immediately and showed the video of the balcony view and there was no burj Khalifa.. she had lied to me. She said this is all I have for now and I will put you in the Marina room tomorrow, I said I need the roll with the Burj Khalifa she kept repeating I will move you to the Marina room. I did not like the lies that was told and I was not put on any floors above 50z

I have hesitated to make this post for a while now, but I feel it is best for awareness. They stole my jewelry at the spa on a day that was quiet and mostly staff present. I am still hoping that the police investigation would yield positive results as I cherished those Jewelries. Although I was assured that the police would do all it takes to ensure they retrieve my items, it still leaves a bad taste which is a real shame

A five star that has thieves around the hotel. My personal belongings were stolen. If anyine wants to stay at the hotel just be conscious that your personal items are likeky to be stolen. Sadly, this should not haooen in the UAE. Although there are assurances that the police will catch the culprit and retrieve my items. My fingers are staying crossed!
