COZY AND EFFICIENT
Pros:

The room was amazing. It was very cozy and didn't have that cheap motel room feel that even the nicer motels have. It felt like a tiny apartment. I had just spent three weeks in a motel across town that didn't even have a microwave or Wi-Fi. I paid more for that room than I did for this one and it had an entire kitchenette complete with a full refrigerator. There's an ironing board and an iron and strong Wi-Fi. The hardwood floors just gave it that coziness more akin to a bed and breakfast and a cheap motel. I only got to stay for one night and it was pretty late when I get in so I have no idea what the staff is like or anything else for that matter but it seemed like a well-run facility.

Cons:

This isn't the greatest part of town at night. It's not the greatest part of town during the day either, but at night, it becomes a little bit more obvious. If you can get past this flaw, then you'll be really impressed with the quality of this Motel for the price. After a certain time, you have to be buzzed in by the front desk in order to even enter the motel, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Had I known that this place was so much nicer, I would have given my business to them for 3 weeks instead.

Terrible, horrible disrespectful staff- no customer service skills!!
Pros:

The only positive thing about the property would be the daily rates they offer, as well as all the rooms having kitchenettes. That's super convenient & overall the best thing they have going.

Cons:

On top of the weekly rate being $320, they want an additional $120 for the pet fee. $120 A WEEK FOR A PET?! it's insane. Anywhere else will literally charge $50 at the most for the weekly pet fee, and some don't even do that. They allow a one time pet deposit instead of daily. ALSO, most IMPORTANTLY; the staff is highly unprofessional and rude as fuck! i mean RUDE. they are malicious, vindictive, and literally will scream at you, hang up in your face or mid conversation walk away and slam a door in your face. They cancelled my paid for reservation that was made on booking for NO REASON. The treatment i've received from them was completely unprovoked. They don't know how to do their jobs obviously and get highly offended when you tell them that they're wrong. Or when you try to correct or clarify. They charged my card several times without me even being there, without my permission and then THAT SAME CARD they charged unauthorized , is the same card they won't even allow me to use in person due to it not being in my name. They do not follow policy, they have no respect, and will try literally any way to get you for as many dollars as they can- legal or not. Justified or not.
