Fabulous hotel in every way! It truly deserves the very high rating it has. My friends and I can't wait to return!
Pros:

Everything. Every thing, from the ancient ruins visible beneath the glass floor to sipping draft Modelo in the terrace restaurant with views of the cathedral. A perfect blend of modern & historic in a great location with full comfort, a doting staff, & a fabulous breakfast for a very reasonable price. Truly superb.

It was all good.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, tienes muchos destinos turísticos muy cerca, el personal super empático, el hotel es muy cómodo y la habitación que nos tocó es muy limpia. Tiene acceso por dos calles.

This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was wonderfully decorated and used the location and Aztec ruins underneath perfectly.

Cons:

The only downside was that the room did not have much of a view.

EXCELENTE HOTEL PARA DESCANSAR, BUENA UBICACIÓN, COMODO, EL COMEDOR MUY RICO
Pros:

Tuve un incidente en el desayuno estaban trapeando el area del bufet, cuando llegue no estaban los conos, al caminar mientras veia la comida no vi los conos que acababan de poner, me cai y el gerente fue muy amable, me ofrecieron atención médica y estuvieron muy pendiente de mi, no paso a mayores solo dos pequeños moretones. Muchas gracias por la atención son muy atentos.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Mexico City.
Pros:

Everything was great. Location is perfect being in the very center of the city, staff is very friendly and helpful, room size was really good, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. Also in the lobby, there were 2 refrigerators filled with free bottled water available 24/7 which was extremely helpful.

Cons:

Nothing.
