La ubicación es perfecta, con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés y a diversos servicios de la ciudad, lo que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más agradable. Además, deseo destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalismo de todo el equipo de hotel. El personal de recepción fue siempre atento, cordial y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Kein Adapter Service für Europäische Gäste, es mussten mehrmals Handtücher für die 3. Person im Zimmer nachgeordert werden 3. Duschgel oder Creme erhielten wir auch nicht! safe funktionierte nicht Rezeption gemeldet vor Abreise am nächsten Morgen (5 Uhr!) Musste nochmal spät zur Rezeption weil es vergessen wurde!!!

Despite the road closures, excellent hotel
Pros:

The hotel and rooms are wonderful, as is the staff and their service. The staffs helped organise tours and taxi anytime we needed. The roof top is fantastic too!

Cons:

My only complaint is there's a night club or a bar next to this hotel that plays very loud music until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights. Also, this could be due to FIFA, but all the roads around the historic center was closed off or made one way, so it was hard getting in and out of the hotel via uber or didi.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Perfect location if you’re staying in the city center. Right around the corner from el Zócalo and great view of the ruins.
