Great hotel.
Pros:

Location was great. Clean facilities. Appreciated the water bottles available in the lobby.

Cons:

They were doing construction so it smelled like paint in the common areas.

frustrated with coffee maker and was greatly disappointed with the spa jaccuzzi - would not function
Cons:

the coffee machine wouldnt work properly, even thought 2 additional coffee makers brought in the product itself was complicated and never worked and the product is of poor quality. Shitty product .

Pros:

受付スタッフをはじめ、他のスタッフも非常にフレンドリーで、安心して過ごす事ができました。お部屋のクリーニングも行き届いていて、非常に快適でした。ロビーにはコーヒー、水ペットボトル、クッキー、グアバ(？)が用意されていて、到着時にはひと口サンドウィッチなどが振る舞われ、微妙な時間に到着した私達にはありがたかったです。

Cons:

素晴らしい景観のテラス席での朝食は、近日開始とのこと、営業時間や現在の営業内容は確認が必要です。

Pros:

The ruins and the water provided and fruit/cookies. Nice touch. Great breakfast! Lovely staff!

Cons:

The deodorizer got a little strong at times. May want to try a natural scent like orange or mint softer. ?
Keycards don’t work well with the elevators.

Great location
Pros:

Location! Location! Location! Hotel is centrally located and very close to many attractions and restaurants.
Daily guavas, chips, cookies, water, coffee and tea available to guests in lobby.
Kitty cat (Morris) was in the lobby to welcome guests in the evening.

Cons:

Hotel was under construction in some areas and there were big holes in the ceiling in the lobby. Stairs were dusty and room doors slam really hard which was especially difficult at night. Water pressure in the sink was low and shower looked a bit grimy and water temperature went from lukewarm to scalding!

We will return, hopefully in the fall.
Pros:

Absolutely delicious breakfast, with wonderfully attentive assistants. The informal coffee area, with free coffee, home made cookies and bowls of apples….such a nice touch!
Location immediately behind the cathedral and zocalo…..our room faced the other directions…..wonderful quiet.

Cons:

Why aren’t dual flush toilets part of your eco programme?
Such a waste of water in a city that struggles to supply water to all its inhabitants. You need to take the example of other hotels we have stayed in, in Mexico City.

Pros:

Room wasn't ready when we arrived but the staff was very accommodating. Made the stay enjoyable. Location was great and very quiet. Complimentary water was great. Breakfast was good. Overall great Staff.

Over all great stay
Pros:

It has a renovated section which is where we stayed at. Place was always clean comfortable beds really
Good customer service the roof top bar “terraza” has good drinks and appetizers.

Cons:

We stayed here for 5 nights, and the last night was smelling a lot like sewer. But I get it it’s by the historical center old buildings and it happens I should’ve asked for another room but it was at midnight during our last night. I covered myself in blankets and went back to sleep. Also the buffet breakfast food is not good at all. Need to work on providing better options and more variety.
