We had fun!!!!
Pros:

I liked the people in front desk it were very polite and that they had some snacks in fridge with any additional cost plus they have water, coffee and more snacks in reception.

Excellente visite de Mexico Cité.
Pros:

Si vous passez du temps à cet hotel , vous devez prendre les déjeuners inclus. Il est tres copieux et très bon. Le service est très bien. Il y a aussi un restaurant sur place pour les dîners et les soupers. Le décor est très bien et l’Hotel se situe sur un site historique avec un plancher de verre qui nous permet de voir des ruines.Il est très bien situé juste à côté du Centre historique de Mexico. Pour les chambres familiales, nous sommes au 7ieme étage et nous profitons de deux terrasses qui nous donne une très belle vue de Mexico. Le personnel était attentionné. Nous étions près de tout, dépanneurs , restaurants, musées et même un médecin est venu sur place pour soigner notre petit fils.
Nous vous recommandons fortement cet établissement.
Nous avons même assisté au record Guinness du plus grand nombre de personnes jouant à la « Pelota>> soccer. En passant, nous avons trouvé le Centre Historique de Mexico très propre.Bravo à la ville de Mexico.

Cons:

La seule chose c’est que notre fille c’est fait clone sa carte de credit , elle a payé avec sa carte au restaurant de l
Hotel , au taxi de l’aeroport et à la visite de la conception de bijoux près du site des pyramides.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein Steinwurf von der Kathedrale und dem Zócalo entfernt.
Die Alameda ist über die Fussgängerzone erreichbar.
Unter dem Hotel ist die Ruine des aztekischen Windgottes Ehecatl sichtbar.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist schwer auffindbar.
Viele Geräusche in der Nacht von Gästen und Personal.
Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster das sich öffnen liess.

EXCELENTE LUGAR
Pros:

La ubicación excepcioneal, pleno centro histórico de CDMX, puedes caminar por todos los alrededores, visitar muchísimos lugares históricos, restaurantes, Iglesias, el Buffete del Hotel excepcional....

Cons:

que nos faltaron días para conocer más la ciudad, el Hotel Catedral NO TIENE DESPERDICIO, bonito limpio, atención excelente, definitivamente uno de los mejores hoteles

Pros:

Firstly they upgraded us, which was wonderful. The bed was sooo comfortable, soft pillows (which you could change if you wanted), soft sheets, very clean, quiet room (although we did ask to change room from the front - which was no trouble). Free (non-alcoholic) mini bar. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There was some street noise in our first room overlooking the catedral - but they were happy for us to change rooms when we requested.

This could be a great place to stay, but only after major improvements in staff training happen.
Pros:

We were in the pyramid tower which was the new section. It was very interesting to view part of the pyramid through the glass floor. The terrace restaurant and the balcony level have a great view of the cathedral and the main square.
The snacks and bottled water were plentiful and a nice touch.

Cons:

The rooms in the new section have very thin walls, so there was be a lot of sound transfer.
The service in the main restaurant could have been better, but this is nothing compared to the reception in the breakfast restaurant. While the food was generally good with a lot of variety, the young woman at reception was clearly lacking in the ability or understanding to do the job. Everyday she had a problem finding our names on the list for Breakfast Included. Everyday we had to show her and the day she failed to find our names, she accused us of trying to get in without paying. She sent and underling over to our table to tell us that we didn't pay. On our way out , we were accused again! This could have been easily cleared up by checking with the front desk. In 4 days, she couldn't figure this out. She treated us not as quests, but as intruders. It was humiliating. The situation sounds unbelievable, but was very sadly true. This was our last experience at the hotel and not good way to end our holiday. We will not easily forget it and probably not return.

Perfectly located and service was on target
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, clean and iba perfect location. Many shops, mercados and food nearby. Loved the added feature of a few snacks always available at the lobby, like guavas, potato chips and cookies. The coffee bar as well.

Cons:

It was undergoing construction…but they managed to maintain it localized. The terraza was full the two times we tried to enjoy it.

Todo excelente, me volveré a quedar. Me encanto.

La Tina de hidromasaje , le falta renovación y cuando salió las burbujas olio feo. Mantenimiento.

Pros:

Me gusto todo, la atención, la ubicación, las habitaciones super cómodas y amplias, excelentes para descansar.
Hay botellas de agua disponibles en todo momento que se quiera y una estación de cafetería gratuito.
El restaurante muy rico y excelente atención.
Nos podíamos mover caminando a todo el centro de Ciudad de México.
