A perfect hotel in the heart of Mexico City.
Pros:

Perfect Location in the center of Mexico City. Extremely friendly staff, big clean rooms, good breakfast. If I visit Mexico City again I will definitely visit the hotel again.

Pros:

Buenas habitaciones y un plus todos los detalles que tienen como el agua purificada los refrescos y juegos en la habitación buen servicio en general. Tienen un gato de mascota es el plus

Al aire acondicionado como que no enfriaba tan bien en ocasiones se llegaba a sentir caluroso pero nada grave.

Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect! Walking distance to all you need: food, shopping, entertainment and more. The staff and cleanliness of this hotel were great! Everyone is super nice and happy to help and the hotel was always very clean. The location was also very safe. Will definitely be staying here again on another visit.

Cons:

There were closure of roads while we were there due to a manifestation (Teachers strike) so therefore getting an uber at times was a bit difficult.

tenia diferente opcion de cuarto por nuevo y anterior, no sabia como saber diferencia. pero los 2 conidicones muy bien todo.

El personal fue muy atento y amable. Además disponen de agua embotellada y café, así como snacks como fruta. Las habitaciones amplias y la cámada era bastante cómoda. Limpieza de 10 y ubicación excelente.

Cons:

La señal del WiFi en la habitación no llegaba demasiado bien.

Muy buen hotel, logramos el descanso que queríamos y estuvimos muy atendidos por todo el personal.

La ubicación, excelente, en el centro mismo con el metro a una cuadra y a pesar de estar en el centro hay muy buenas tiendas alrededor. El desayuno era muy bueno(aunque les recomendaría tener más cantidad de pasteles dulces ya que se acaban entre 7:30 y 8:00 am( SON MUY RICOS) Las camas espectaculares, las almohadas exquisitas, las sábanas suaves y agradables, de muy buena calidad .Hay unos platos de galletas de mantequilla que están todo el tiempo dispuestos para los huéspedes y en la tarde agregan unas fuentes enormes de papas fritas recién hechas y buenísimas, para que saques lo que quieras. A raíz de que a pesar que tenía una habitación con balcón y con vista a la Catedral, muy cerca del hotel se inició una fiesta que no me dejó dormir durante 2 noches .Al hablarle a la persona encargada, se preocupó e inmediatamente nos cambió a una habitación donde pudimos gozar de unas buenas noches y realmente sentir que te valoran como huésped ¡Ah y el check-out es a las 13.30 hrs, espectacular

El ruido desenfrenado de los vecinos. Del hotel, me gustó ¡TODO!
