A fantastic hotel exactly in the middle of the old center, ideal for exploring the old city.

Great hotel, location can not be much better, exactly in the middle of the old centre behind the cathedral and the big square - ideal for exploring the old center and the history of the city and Mexico. Very clean hotel, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. The restaurant is also very ok, although not part of the hotel I think. It offers a broad menu for a good and quick meal.

Cons:

The rooms are very nice, although we had one room that hadn’t been renovated yet and where the Wi-Fi signal was weaker. But we also got a nice discount on the rooms, so cannot really complain. It is just a very good hotel.

La vista a la calle Guatemala desde el balcón del primer piso fue una de las mejores que he tenido en mi vida viajando. ¡La ubicación es perfecta! La cama muy cómoda y la regadera muy buena. Los bocadillos y bebidas gratuitas para el cliente son un bono extra. El desayuno tipo buffet compite en calidad, variedad y sabor con los mejores del mundo. El personal muy atento y amable.

ソカロ地区で広く知られ、多くの日本人旅行者も利用している老舗の4つ星ホテルです。ソカロのすぐ裏手に位置しており、ロケーションは申し分ありません。屋上のバーからはメトロポリタン大聖堂を望むことができます。
ビュッフェ形式の朝食は種類が豊富で、味もとても良かったです。1階の一部はガラス張りの床になっており、その下に残るテノチティトラン時代の遺跡を見ることができます。
フロント付近と裏口付近には、常に冷たい水と温かいコーヒーが用意されており、ホテルのホスピタリティを感じました。Wi-Fiは館内全体で利用でき、速度も申し分ありません。
This is a well-known, long-established four-star hotel in the Zócalo area that is also popular among Japanese travelers. Its location just behind the Zócalo could hardly be better, and the rooftop bar offers a view of the Metropolitan Cathedral.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food was excellent. Part of the ground floor has a glass floor through which guests can see archaeological remains from the Tenochtitlan era.
Cold drinking water and hot coffee are always available near the reception area and the rear entrance, a thoughtful touch that reflects the hotel’s hospitality. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and the speed was excellent.

Although the facilities show their age, everything is well-maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water and water pressure.

フロントの男性スタッフは親切で、ホスピタリティの感じられる気持ちの良い接客でした。
The male reception staff were kind and welcoming, providing excellent service with genuine hospitality.

Cons:

滞在中に対応を受けた女性のフロントスタッフ2名は、どちらもやや無愛想で冷たい印象でした。また、身だしなみも4つ星ホテルのフロントスタッフとしては、もう少し整えたほうがよいように感じました。
男性スタッフの接客がとても好印象だっただけに、スタッフによって対応に差があることを残念に感じました。接客態度と身だしなみの基準が統一されることを期待します。
The two female reception staff members I interacted with during my stay both came across as rather unfriendly and cold. I also felt that their appearance could have been more professional and appropriate for the front desk of a four-star hotel.
This was particularly disappointing because the male staff had made such a positive impression. I hope the hotel can provide a more consistent standard of service and professional appearance across its front desk team.

Perfect location, excellent staff, on the way to a 5-star hotel!
Pros:

The location and the staff are the real standouts here. They have multilingual staff and the rest who were not always smile and replied to my rusty landscapers Spanish. The rooftop restaurant and bar had fantastic food even with a paired down menu, but the view is great from behind the Cathedral. Be sure to get their free cold water bottles from the 2 refrigerators in the common areas not just for sightseeing, but also to brush your teeth with….The archeological sight under the glass floor is extremely unique but was not open during our stay. I would say this hotel will be 5-star after all renovations are completed.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom was a bit outdated and the safe batteries died the day before we left. I would recommend requesting a newer room in the remodeled section. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again!

Etablissement très bien situé en plein centre de Mexico. chambre spacieuses, bien équipées et confortables.

Cons:

Le fait que le restaurant qui sur la plaquette ouvre à 7 heures du matin ne soit pas ouvert à 7 H 15, puis que le personnel ne soit pas en mesure de vous servir quoi que ce soit avant encore 15 minutes. La lenteur du service dans ce même restaurant et le fait que quand on arrive à l'ouverture, bon ombre de choses à la carte du petit déjeuner ne soient pas disponibles. Lorsque l'on a un timing pour prendre l'avions le matin, cela peut vite mettre sous pression
