Going great until the food.
Pros:

The facilities and room were very clean. We enjoyed the room and lay out. The food looked good.

Cons:

Toilet seemed really low. The food and coffee were cold. We told the cook and attendant, who were very nice. They responded to correct the temperature.

This is our home away from home when visiting our grandson. Its affordable, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

This hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. For the price it is very nice. Coffee in the lobby all morning and an opportunity to purchase and affordable quality breakfast. Staff texts you to see how everything is. The location is quiet and near freeways but with no freeway noise. A short distance from downtown Portland.

Cons:

We were told that they couldn’t accommodate us. They booked us at another hotel, and that hotel was beautiful. But we would have appreciated a phone call rather than being told our room was gone at 11 pm, and then sent a snippy cancellation notice claiming that we had canceled late.

Good stay and I'll never use booking.com again
Pros:

It was good.
Pros:

Clean and near where we wanted to be.

Cons:

The breakfast was not free. I am not sure how it was advertised but when I’m asking for breakfast, my idea is that it’s free. It was also not explained to me when I checked in that it costs. I will be more careful next time I book. Just a little disappointing.
