Pros:

We stayed here on a visit to see our grandkids. They loved the hotel, enjoyed the pool. DoorDash found us with no problems. Overall a lovely visit!

Not the best stay
Pros:

Unfortunately, this hotel had no staff to service us when checking-in. The room was nice but carpets need cleaning. The weight room is totally torn out and the swim pool could use some maintenance

In the morning there was no hot food to eat. The milk was warm for the cereal but the bagels were nice.

Pros:

Its a old property. No gym just an empty room. Our toilet flooded in our room due to it leaking before we got there. But the staff was able to change our room without any issues. Old place, nice staff. Bad breakfast. I wouldn't eat if even if it was free. $12 per person for bad food. Dont waste your tjme.

Again, great staff and easy free parking.

Pros:

We had some issues with our room and the staff took care of it right away. Then we got charged for breakfast even though our reservation had it included. Again the staff took care of it right away.
The hotel is a little older but they are redoing the rooms and the bed was not overly comfortable but fun.
Definitely appreciated the staff here making it all work for us. Great customer service here which does not exist very often anymore.

Pros:

Lampshades broken / ripped. Shades torn or non-functional... we had to tape them together to block out the klieg light parking lamps outside our room.
Horrible breakfast. No gym. Apparently the place is going through a renovation.
Poorly thought-out bathroom re-do. Towel hook on wrong wall.
Just overall meh.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My partner and I found a bed bug in our room, which is already horrifying enough, but the way management handled it made everything worse.
When we provided them with video footage, they insisted we were lying. No apology, no refund, no accountability. Just outright denial and condescension.
Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Spacious, CLEAN and well designed bathroom, seperate area for work, twin TVs, microwave, fridge and excellent breakfast were the positives.

Negatives: 1) Wi-Fi was horrible. It's been a while seeing such a flaky Wi-Fi. 2) There was a thin-transparent torn curtain that barely shielded the floodlights from the outside in the night. There was just no darkness!

The first room spent like dog which made me grossed out. Not staying here again. Not interested in staying where animals roam and bark. No thank you!
