That I had a kitchenette
The fact that I tried to turn on a light and went to plug it in and the wires were cut
Insanely clean rooms, personable and hospitable staff, accommodating kitchenette & wifi
N/A
Crackers found in my bed sheet and I was unaware that I needed to pay a despot upon arrival due to online not specifying
Clean and convenient
A little dated
It was close to Mt.Hood and the highway.
The room itself was decent.
It wasn't the cleanest but doable until my third day in I saw Cockroaches in the bathroom and they were going to the main area of the sleeping area. Now I'm concerned about my stuff like my luggage . That's the downside that threw me off.
I ended up checking out one day early.
There was no hot water
Nothing to like about it.
The bed was uncomfortable, the floor would have been more comfortable. The ac made alot of noise all night, homeless sleeping in the parking lot. Tiny bathroom, you had to stand between the toilet and counter to close the bathroom door. Room numbers were really confusing. The kitchenette looked janky at best. Half the lights worked in the room. The room was really small.
It was peaceful. That's about it.
The oven was unplugged and it was difficult to plug it in. Had to pull the fridge out to get to it.
The only positive was that the bed was comfortable and the staff did try to accommodate me with a different room.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. My first assigned room had multiple issues including a broken door lock (which is a major safety concern), a non-working TV, and visible damage like a hole in the wall. I did go back to the front desk and was given a different room, which was better, but still not great.
The second room had a strong lingering smoke smell despite being labeled non-smoking, and overall felt poorly maintained. Curtains didn’t fully close, which made me uncomfortable staying on the ground floor.
Easy and simple to book.
Walking in on an occupied room. Inadequate towels, (2 guest with 1 set of towels) nothing serious.
Gated parking and they serve coffee in the lobby. Very professional staff.
