This place had bed bugs and no1 still haven’t called me yet about a full refund after a week!!!!! I submitted pics of the bed bugs and bit marks me and my girl had the front desk was no help at all!!!!
We could not even stay there it was so dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. We are hoping to get a full refund. This place was disgusting!
So dirty and looed like you would encounter a drug addict.
Staff was accommodating
My room looked like no one stayed there in a while. Pipes had rust, the bathroom wall was patched up,the shower curtain had a stain and , tv remote wasn't working so we had to change the channel manually
Location
The place is filthy and smells! I had to plunge my own toilet, the shower wasn’t properly draining and when I told the front desk, they said maintenance would come to fix it and they never did.
I don’t think I heard a vacuum at all for the rooms that were being “cleaned” there are people living there and it shows. The animals are unchecked and stink up the place. Also, the police show up everyday, especially since a resident was arrested for waiving a 9mm at guest of the property!

Gave me a room and the shower didn’t work and the room was dirty , switches me to another room and the sheets was dirty and not clean , and told me I couldn’t get a refund when I had asked for it early in the day . And then telll me I can’t get a refund the next day after they made me stay in the room for me to not get the refund .

The room itself had a strong foul odor and was visibly filthy and unacceptable for guests.
