I liked the fact that I could leave and not return with staff never wondering why

There was blood splatter or some red bodily fluid on bedroom wall, semen on couch and book shelves, fluid food debris all over counters, cigarette burns on multiple carpeted areas when your not allowed to smoke anywhere on premises, caked oven hood vent that will cause fires and is a health risk, ac unit that is not only non operational but also not even in one piece or safety connected to mount , food debris all over floor but we just arrivedand the pictures published don't even match the nightmare you will encounter.

Understand people have their own situations that they’re going through but. This should be a better taken care of hotel.

I did like it was patience, and I was at a convenient pricing in a spacious

Cons:

They just need to cater to the hotel like it’s an actual property where people come and rest their head. It should be tidying it up. It should be clean. They should be. It should be taken care of better for us. People spending out hard-working money on.

Ordered a handicap accessible room but did not get one.

Cons:

Ordered a room with handicap accessible shower there was no seat in the shower so my wife was not able to use the shower. when I informed the staff at the front desk they simply told me there was none available.

Nothing. There was never anyone at the desk. The people that “lived” there were trashy. The guy above me was up ALL night making noise. It was horrible!!!!

Never again. Dirty. Noisy, Inattentive service.

Booked rooms for 3 nights for family. Two bathrooms were visibly dirty with hairy towels in one, as if not cleaned at all. One room had weird brown stains on bed headboard and adjacent walls. All rooms and halls smelled of (cigarette?) smoke. Loud repetitive 3AM (drunken?) shouting and banging sounds made it hard for most of us to sleep. Checked out immediately after 1st night, and they would not refund for the unused nights, contradicting their stated cancellation policy with a 1-night fee. And any decent hotel would refund for cancelled nights AND waive any fee for poor service.
Got an email 3 days later with a "gesture of apology", offering a discount for a future stay at this same place, that we clearly would never use again. Best Western corporate did absolutely nothing to help.
