Pros:

Room was dirty and gross, bed was broken, most of the lights didn’t work. It felt like a room in an abandoned hotel. We canceled and found another hotel.

Pros:

I was having surgery the next day in pville and we live kinda far so I found this place. It was not only in my budget but it was perfect. They even offer late check out bc I was concerned for my husband sleep. So I asked at check in if he could check out after 11 and get more sleep. They said 12:30/ he ended up not taking them up on the offer and stayed in the waiting room after going back to check out. We left at 5am so no one was there. Prob stay there again when I have my next surgery. Only downfall was the 100 hold on my card but I got it back quick. I just hate those security deposits at any hotel.

Great hospitality
Pros:

I am currently staying here at the Malvern location after being referred here by Megan who was previously at the Exton location that has now sold. She has made my hotel stay so comfortable and at home. Making sure I had anything I needed or answering any questions I had. My room is clean and comfortable and her hospitality has been awesome!

Pros:

When we arrived, I was asked to prove not only my licensem but the license of my mom and sister as well. I was then asked to provide a $100 security deposit - whoch I have never done at ANY hotel EVER. We were given a room with a rusty outter fridge, a missing kitchen drawer, a TV with a wobbly pedastal, and were only allowed to have one more additional towel - not the requested 3 to make a total of 5. Normnally, hotels provide 4 body towels. We moved to a second room that also had an outter rusty fridge and many of the outlets did not work. I chose Extended Stay's quite often and this has been the worst experience I have had.

I knew what to expect I guess. Stairwells were not clean. Ant Trap next to the microwave. Elevator didn't work. Cannot enter the property northbound. Have to drive up to the next light and turn around.

Pros:

This will be my last time staying at this establishment.

The condition of the room and facility was unacceptable. The soap in my room looked ancient, the towels were dirty, and I developed an eye infection after sleeping on the bed. The fridge was dirty on the outside, and the shower head was covered in white buildup and filth—I had to clean it myself before showering.

The side doors are always propped open, creating a serious safety concern for guests. Everything in the building feels outdated and neglected. The posted sign claims vehicles must be in good standing to remain in the lot, yet I saw multiple damaged cars, including vans with boarded-up windows.

I do not feel this is a safe environment. The overall atmosphere is less like a hotel and more like an evacuation shelter. I’m even going to Planet Fitness to shower during my stay. Thankfully, this is my last night here. I’ve learned my lesson.”

Im at a urgent care now for resolution for my eyes infection $160.00! So far cost just to see a doctor

Pros:

This place is falling apart and even though the email from the hotel says there's a "grab and go" breakfast, there isn't food or coffee. In our first room, the AC sounded like an airplane taking off, so we moved. In both rooms, the lights have to be plugged in to turn on - one is behind the headboard - and not all work. The shower rod was falling off the wall and there weren't plugs in the shower or tub. You have to ask for shampoo or a hair dryer, but the desk is closed until 9:00 AM.

One positive is that the beds are very comfortable, but with all the other issues, I wonder how really clean they are - especially since there was snack trash from the previous visitors under the bed.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, helpful. Our bathroom door in our room did not shut due to the kitchen counter being BUILT in the way. Our shower curtain rod was angled DOWN so the shower curtain does not pull close, resulting in water on the floor. Fire alarm went off twice for 0 reason for an hour. Not a terrible hotel for the price but you get what you pay for.
