The location

Location and price
My room had a terrible smell of cigarettes and I don’t smoke. The strong smell was all over my sheets and pillows. There were no other rooms for me to be moved so I had the worst night! I barely slept, that’s how strong and nasty the smell was.
I’m all for saving a buck, especially when I’m just trying to catch an early flight out of PA, but this place was a whole new level of disappointing. From the second I stepped in, I got the vibe of “Pimp & Trafficking Slumtel”—and trust me, that’s not a compliment. I didn’t even make eye contact with anyone there, because I wasn’t about to get involved in whatever was going on in that place.
This location has to be privately franchised, because there's no way a well-run hotel chain would let their place get to this point. I honestly couldn’t care less about saving money if the conditions were this bad. Here’s the rundown:
No signal TV service: I couldn’t even unwind with a show after a long day. Not even one channel worked.
No response from maintenance: I had a few issues that needed fixing, but no one even bothered to pick up or show up.
Stains & scraped paint on the walls: It felt like a room in need of some serious TLC.
Lights that didn’t work: One of the lamps wouldn’t turn on, and the overhead light flickered like it was having a breakdown.
Plumbing noises: There was constant gurgling and clanking coming from the kitchen sink, which made me feel like I was living in a haunted house.
Mattress: It was more like sleeping on a prison bunk bed. I’m pretty sure it was a step above a slab of concrete.
I get it, the price is affordable, but that’s not an excuse for this level of neglect. An owner should care about the comfort of their establishment, especially when people are trusting them with their stay. Don’t be fooled by the low rates. This place is more about getting your money than providing a basic, comfortable experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, no matter how cheap it seems. You're better off paying a little more for a place that actually cares about the conditions of its rooms.
Room was liveable
Breakfast, lighting,
The sheets were nasty and dirty with stains on them. I asked several times for cleaning of the room and no one ever did it I took all the sheets off the bed and when I came back they were still on the room floor I spoke to hotel staff several times and the issue was never solved. Finally they changed my room last night. My kids and I were in these conditions from Monday till Thursday night. I would like a refund for my first 4 night that I stayed in these conditions.
The whole room was nasty and dirty with dead bugs on the wall cracked walls broken fixture. Dresser old and put dated
Just a piece of mind
Everything was okay
