Worst stay ever for my children and I
Pros:

The sheets were nasty and dirty with stains on them. I asked several times for cleaning of the room and no one ever did it I took all the sheets off the bed and when I came back they were still on the room floor I spoke to hotel staff several times and the issue was never solved. Finally they changed my room last night. My kids and I were in these conditions from Monday till Thursday night. I would like a refund for my first 4 night that I stayed in these conditions.

Pros:

I never saw any breakfast. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. I have been overcharged and still not been reimbursed. I asked the desk to give my niece a key to get into my room for health reason the staff suggested I call an ambulance they could not give out a key. I am completely upset with this hotel. I had to stay here after a house fire and they would not give me towels toilet paper or soap. This was a truly awful experience.

It was an okay stay. I felt safe and after I cleaned the room I felt more comfortable

My stay was horrible and not worth the money spent at all.

It was dirty and had roaches, I wouldn’t eat anything there.

This was the worst stay in a hotel I ever had. They were ignorant, unprofessional and dirty. There were roaches and the room stunk. I paid for a hotel room and got treated like I was just some bum off the streets. I’m very unsatisfied with the service and the quality of the facility and I’m also very disappointed in booking.com for taking my money and not having a better result for me. And I still haven’t received my deposit back yet!

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The drainage from the sink an tub clogged. Then was told I could not be moved. Bug infestation was disgusting. Filled with roaches.

The worst experience ever! Awful,lack of cleaning …disgusting !!!!. Cold water, all the appliances corroded, old and dirty. No blankets, dirty towels, unsafe carpets, water damage in the wall allowing wind coming by the window. Soooo nasty
