Staff were friendly and location was decent for where we were going.
I had booked a queen suite and ended up getting the complete opposite, we ended up with a double suite the one bed had stains all over the place. They don’t disclose on booking.com that they require a $100 deposit which shouldn’t be due to how the property looks. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs which smelled like straight urine and was dirty. I’m also pregnant so that didn’t help and had me gagging. The whole hotel in and out smelled like marijuana, they have quiet time from 10pm to 8am but we were rudely woken up at 1:30am with kids full fledged screaming in the hallway. The room itself was absolutely disgusting as you can see. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I won’t be staying here ever again.
Dirty and bad customer service like a project.
Dirty, and it doesn’t feel like a hotel, rather a distressed Low income project housing.
Clean
The lady let me charge my phone
They didn’t have rooms at all and me and my wife was stuck
N/A
The room smelled like cigarettes the bathroom was horrible had to buy lysol wipes to clean it burnt stains around the sink the room was not what i expected it to be the front desk service guy at night was very ignorant about things i needed for the room I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
The property is fine but the front desk cancelled my appointment without my consent and my payment wasn’t refunded . I called the customer service and was just tossed around for days and never refunded
I paid for a service that was never rendered to me .
Beds were good and the pointing was fantastic.
The super stinky elevator with crab juice everywhere.
Very dirty
Nothing
Location was good
I arrived Friday last week and guy on reception mentioned a 100 dollar security deposit which wasn't highlighted before stay. Was told I would get it back apone check out. Still waiting for it!!!. The first room had a bunch of stains everywhere, first night was horrendous. Had to knock on the door next to me at 4am in the morning to keep noise now in response I got" ill think about it" loads of slamming on the doors, people not respecting other people's sleep. Was soo bad that I went down and told the same guy on reception what had happened. Told me there was no Room to move you to so had to try and make do. Later on I went back and another guy was there and wasn't aware of anything even though the previous guy said he would put a note on file. Ended up paying for a upgrade to a different room but that was just as bad. Bed was comfy but was cold as they used 2 thin sheets which had to turn on the heating to warm room up. First night fridge kept on making noise which woke me up few times. The surrounding area was just filled with trash everywhere so first impression wasn't that great
In my opinion I shouldn't of had to pay for the upgrade because of the experience I had first night
Second I should of been aware of the security deposit
before checking in
Towels were pretty basic, 2 small ones given so wasn't big enough when needed it
No milk was provided and if I choose to have the porridge provided, would of had to have water
Hair dryer didn't work
Lots of screaming from the other rooms second and third night
I do not need a response from management trying to convince me to give them a second chance, I wont be staying here again!!!!
Should of gotten a refund after first night and gone somewhere else to stay!!!
Close proximity to airport, clean lobby.
-you cannot arrive before check in time
-the bathroom and my room weren’t 100% clean and sanitized before I got there (stains on bedsheets, hair in the bathroom sink)
-no cups, ice buckets, coffee machine, or any common things that are usually amenities in hotels with kitchenettes.
-people loud and obviously knocking on my door in the hallway (not really under the hotels control but worth mentioning)
