NO MANAGEMENT FOLLOW-UP TO OVERCHARGE ISSUE
Pros:

The property was clean and close to the highway. Shopping, restaurants, movies were all nearby. The continental breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

Cons:

When I went online to pay my Discover card bill a few weeks later, I noticed the motel charged me $192.00 in addition to what I was charged by Booking.com. I called Staybridge on a Saturday and the person on duty could not tell me the reason for the charge. She said that it was probably a deposit charge. This did not make sense because the charge was made the day I left. Usually, a security deposit is charged when you arrive, and a charge credit is issued once you leave. She told me she would have the manager contact me on Monday. I never received a call from Staybridge management regarding this additional charge. I called Discover card and disputed this charge. I was planning on staying there again the next time I visit Pittsburgh but will book someplace else.
