Keira at check in was wonderful and friendly.
We found all of the front desk clerks to be very friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast bar was excellent and one particular young man who managed it for several days was exceptional, accommodating efficient, and very pleasant.

The staff at this property was friendly so this is not a reflection of our interactions with them. However, this property is in desperate need of some updates as the facilities are worn down beyond repair. The entire hotel smells of must and mildew, particularly in the rooms themselves. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms of the rooms (which likely contributes to this problem) which made the room quite uncomfortable when we showered. Also In our room the ceiling was peeling and pieces fell on us during our sleep. Most concerning, I booked a room for another relative who needed ADA accommodations and upon check-in, she was told they did not have one. We were not onsite for a long period of time but if we had been in town for a second night, I would have asked for a refund and to switch hotels.
Great property and service. Our room was cleaned daily and looked great and was very comfortable. Lighting near the bathroom sink could be improved. Loved proximity to shopping as we were buying things to move my daughter into college. Thank you!

This is our second time staying here this summer and it has been great both times. Staff is very friendly. Check-in/check-out is quick. The breakfast has good options and is satisfying. Overall, this will be our go-to when visiting RI.

nothing at all that distinguished this property. compared to
other places that bill themselves as suites this was bare
minimum. not bad, just nothing special. would look elsewhere if I returned to the area.

A trip to remember
I was traveling with my toddler and infant, and the conditions in our room raised serious issues regarding cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience.
Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with a strong smell of mold. The air felt damp and the carpet was moist, which made the room feel uncomfortable and raised health concerns—especially given the age of my children. Additionally, we found an old hairbrush left behind from a previous guest, which is completely unacceptable and suggests a lack of thorough housekeeping.
The room remained humid and musty throughout our stay, and all furniture and linens carried the same moldy smell. This was not only unpleasant but potentially hazardous to the health of my family.
Even more concerning, the door repeatedly jammed and was difficult to open—a potential fire hazard and serious safety issue. To make matters worse, the pullout couch mattress was in poor condition, with the springs pressing through, making it nearly impossible to sleep on.
I chose SpringHill Suites because of Marriott's reputation for quality and comfort, especially for families. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those standards.
Two tvs only worked but not really, Netflix always lagged. Pillows weren’t great, housekeeping threw away stuff that wasn’t in the trash can and never vacuumed even when asked. Overall average stay.
We stayed 5 days 4 night . We liked this hotel . Pool hours were good . Food wasn’t bad . Staff was excellent. Definitely would recommend this to family and friends .
Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this clean and friendly hotel. We booked a room with multiple beds, which was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The manager at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive to our family’s needs. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay there again.
Hotel was good for a family trip. The person at the front desk was really nice and great to work with during check in and when we needed something. Breakfast was very good. The AC in the room was rather loud but other than that everything was great!

This is a good location, close to lots of shops and places to eat but a little off the main roads to be quiet. I had a really comfortable room and slept great which is the best you can hope for on a business trip. Staff is really nice.
