翌朝、退館時に責任者か挨拶にこられ、何とか自分を納得させた感じです。期待していた朝食は期待外れです。一人３０００円はあり得ません。

チェックイン時の係員の説明も殆どなく、ただサインを求められました。入室すると部屋には一人分のスリッパだけで寝具、水等、歯ブラシ等全て一人分だけでした。そこで可笑しいと思い、担当者に連絡し責任者にも来て頂きました。
食事等のパンフレットは字が小さく読めず拡大して貰いました。８３歳の高齢だから仕方ないよネ。それと就寝時の明かり調整のツマミが翌朝、枕元に有るのに気づきました。明るい状態で寝ていました。

枕の事を抜かせばとても良いホテルでした。
Pros:

今回の川崎は初めて利用させて頂きましたがドーミーインホテルのファンです。
大浴場や夜鳴きソバなどお得感があります。
今回の川崎もとても清潔感がありスタッフの方々の感じも良かったです。
有難うございました。

Cons:

帰りに聞いてみようか迷ったのですが何故あんなに枕が硬いのですか❓
枕は好みがあるので仕方ないですが硬過ぎて私はダメでした。
硬めと柔らかめと2種類あると助かります。
