The entire hotel seemed dirty, dated, little attention to detail, the tub faucet was coming out the wall, the windows were dirty, AC unit was dirty.. just overall dirty and not well maintained.

Easy location off interstate going west. Large parking lot. Large comfortable room. Great night sleep. Friendly front desk staff.
I enjoyed the swimming pool. I enjoyed the fact that attractions were close to the hotel like bowling alley or food places near the hotel. Pretty cool location.

I had roaches in both rooms and the sink water barely went down. The toilet also went down slowly.
As soon as we stepped on the elevator we could tell the hotel had not been cleaned in months. Our room was not much better. The pull out mattress was so stained that my kids refused to sleep on even with clean sheets. Unfortunately, the clean sheets that were delivered also had brown stains on them. The shower was rusted. I’m not sure the pillows could even be considered pillows. It was overall just a very unpleasant experience so we will not be staying at another Hyatt Place for a quick nights stay. I guess you get what you pay for, but Even other “1 star tiered” hotel chains are not that bad. I’ve stayed in plenty of lower level Marriott and Hilton and it doesn’t even compare.
Great stay it was a great time and stay while in town. We had a great visit with our family and friends and enjoyed the trip and military base.
