The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet It was right across from Prism Hospital which was our reason for being there.
Outdated and in need of repair. The room doors are all old and need replacing. The beds had those baby pillows. It was more like a Comfort Inn. Definitely not what we expected from a Hyatt but it definitely wasn't the worst we have stayed in either.
Very nice, great breakfast, and friendly staff.
Although clean I did see a roach in the bathroom.

Location and staff
Water pressure was not working at 2 of three rooms. Third room the toilet ran all night. Long black hair in the sink of the first room
The hotel was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable
The location is not so good. I was driving almost two hours a day picking up kids and going to and from the hotel. The bathroom, though marginally clean was EXTREMELY small and I could see into the wall. Whoever does the maintenance work in this hotel needs to be fired or demoted. the caulking looks like something a child would do and the desk in the corner of the room had no lamp and was dirty.
The location, the common areas and the staff.
Exposed nails at our 3 year olds height. Dirty bathroom. Broken pull out couch. Only 2 wash clothes, towels for 5 guests. Couch was full of old, dried food and someone's unsmoked cigarette. We wanted this room to suit 5 people. The broken, dirty couch was not conducive to that.
Nice open room. Convenient roller cart for my luggage, decent view.
Pretty sure I requested non-smoking but it didn't seem like it. Plug-in outlets less convenient than other places I've been.
